We enjoy what we do and we do it differently. We are “Your ticket to home entertainment”. We choose to start our process with you and your family in your home or if you are building a new home we meet with you, your homebuilder and architect at the drawing table. Our goal is to ensure that you have a solid infrastructure of low voltage wiring and quality electronics, which allows you, and your family to enjoy all of the latest technologies offered today. We also want to design a system with the capabilities for you to upgrade or expand as your needs and technologies change in the future. Saving you time, money and providing convenience are most important to us. Our process guarantees that we complete your project on time, within budget and make it easy to use. We currently have four technicians that are all trained in the field of low voltage systems. All installations come with a one year workmanship guarantee. All products sold will carry the manufacturers warranty. Estimates are free always!

I had electrician install wiring and outlets and called to schedule completion of the work but have not received a return call. I have used SVT before and was very,pleased with their work. I was trying to be a loyal and replete customer but if they don't return service calls I can't give them my business or referrals. They've left me in a pretty bad situation being without networking for a month. Sorry he has family problems but business is business. I'm moving on, good luck. I guess they're looking for the big ticket home theatre install and to heck with the day to day concerns.

Great, Great, Great!!! I called, they answered. I explained what I needed done. They assured me they could do it. I made the appointment, they arrived on time and completed the job. They were professional and polite. After the job was completed, the gentleman asked for my broom. He actually swept the floor where a small mess was made!!! I was shocked.

Overall, good company, great price, and professional staff.

I would use them again!

They showed up on time and went straight to work. Set up all wiring through the walls. I was missing parts for my surround system so they could not finish setting it up. They told me what which parts to order and to call them back when it arrive. About ten days later the parts arrived and i called them and told them that the parts had arrived and when could they come back to finish the installing. They came back at a specific day and time and they finish the job. Very,very pleased.

We were originally scheduled for the Monday after the hurricane.  On the
day we were scheduled at 10am, they called at 9am to say that they had
not been able to get the parts from North Carolina due to the hurricane.  I feel that with the bad weather scheduled, they should have ordered the parts earlier.  The service was excellent, after they got the parts in.
