"Thank you for your feedback. A service fee is charged to send a trained, knowledgeable technician to your home with the parts to diagnose and fix your door right away. We do have special offers which waive the $65 fee with any repair if you mention the offer. Most co�s charge a min of 1 HR labor whereas we charge only � HR (37.50). The appointment was scheduled between 1pm and 3pm. Our GPS tracking system shows that we arrived before 3pm. Still, you should have received a call. I listened to the call where we explained the charges to you and felt we addressed your concerns. Please call me if I can further address your concerns."
