Not only did they do a fantastic job but they also called and kept me updated through the whole process that they had my car. It is the best car service that I found since I've been here in VB for the past 7 years.

My car was vandalized and required a full paint job. I asked the insurance adjustor for a recommendation, and he gave me the name of a company that had painted his personal vehicle - Paul's Auto Service. I called around and got 4-5 different estimates, and Paul's was inline with other auto repair shops in the area. I decided to go with Paul's based upon the insurance adjustor's recommendation, and was very glad I did. The paint job was excellent, and he repaired a few cracks and dings at no additional cost. Delivery was one day late, but because Paul was not happy with a portion of the paint job and asked for time to repaint that part of the car. This was no problem since I had a rental through the insurance agency, and appreciated his ethics and honesty. I'd highly recommend Paul's Auto Service to anyone.

I first used Paul's Auto beause it is close by. But keep using them because they are very reasonable as far as cost go. I never feel taken atvantage of because I am a Woman. I've had foot problems for a long time now and when I bring my car in they will drop me off at home and come pick me up when car is ready!..I Love that! I hate sitting around waiting on my car when I could be doing other things at home on day off!

Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and the service was done in a timely manner. I was kept updated on when parts were expected to arrive and felt like I could trust what they were telling me. I would definitely go back in the future!

I have moved to NC, and hope I can find a garage half as good as Pauls down here.

They are wonderful. I have been going there for 20 years. They are honest dependable and reliable and fair. They are reasonably priced. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
