The owner, Omar, returned my call promptly and came by our house for initial inspection at the agreed time. Omar was friendly and was clear on the details of the service. I indicated that we had a few minor leaks in our roof at the rear of the house, a couple of loose shingles and I was interested in knowing the general condition of the roof. 
Omar's brother, Ray, arrived at the appointed time and also was very friendly and knowledgeable. He found and repaired the leak points in the rear roof and the loose shingles and inspected the roof, indicating that is was in reasonable condition considering the age of the roof and that they found no major defects. There was no pressure to install a new roof and in fact he indicated the roof should have a few more years left.
The services and their approach were well worth the money paid.

It was fine; it was just that he tried to sell me a new roof. He said I need an immediate roof replacement and I just had someone cleaning my roof yesterday and he said my roof is actually in really good shape for its age!

He and his team did the entire job in two days. They were off by two squares in the estimate, but that's understandable with the way my house is laid out. They were diligent and professional. The house perimeter well well policed for nails and other debris. Omar gave me a different price than the Angie's list price......his price was better, he explained the Angie's list price was a good, but because of the pitch, ridge vents, and type of shingle, he could beat the angieslist price. His price was better and provided additional value for about $900 less than my previous quotes or my Angie's list quotes! He took the job on VERY limited notice as I was in the middle of a refinance period, and knocked the ball out of the park, well before my deadline. My roof looks great and the ridge vents have already done miracles with my summer air-conditioning. I strongly recommend Patriot Roofing. They were strongly recommended to me and I will strongly recommend them to others.

I believe the experience went really well. The roofer explained us in detail the minor problems as well as educating us about roof maintenance. I would use this company again.

NOTE: Make sure your roofer is GAF certified so you get the FULL warranty. I called GAF to find out what the difference was and if you roofer is not GAF certified, you will not get the same warranty.

We would like to thank Omar and his great crew from Patriot Roofing for an outstanding job! Our new roof is beautiful. 
We can't say enough about how nice they were. They worked hard from about 7:30 in the morning until about 8:00 that evening.They were like a well oiled machine,  (there was a crew of 5) everyone just knew what they had to do and did it. The crew leader Alberto had everyone working at all times and took the time to answer any questions that we might have had. There was someone cleaning up the whole time so that our yard was as clean when they left,  as it was when they arrived. The young man cleaning the yard used a huge magnet that picked up all of the nails that had fallen when the old roof was removed and some that had been dropped while the new roof was installed. 
As far as we are concerned, they get an A+ rating from us. They were all courteous and professional, as well as hard working. 
We are planning to have more work done next spring and we will be calling on Patriot Roofing again. We highly recommend them if you are looking for someone professional to do a great job.

How did it go?  Well I suppose that it went lousy!  And as a heads up...the Roofing Company we used before was Pope Construction whose labor warranty was only five years......  Guess if you have a roofer, you had better hire another one to go on the roof and inspect whether the job was done right or not!

Price was fair, workers professional, clean up completed / done, per contract within three (3) days.  Owner Omar Emilisson took time to explain what was needed and how his team would get the job done!  I was very satisfied.
Recommend Patriot Roofing and would use again if required. Owner Omar Emilisson and team knew exactly what was required -

Omar was very polite when I spoke with him on the phone. I however did not use the tune up special. No work was performed. If I need any work done in the future, I will defiantly give him a call again.

We contacted Patriot roofing in response to a special listed on Angie's List. We knew our roof was larger and would require more footage of roofing. As it turned out there was another Patriot Roofing  special that turned out to be better for us price wise . Omar Emilssan did not hesitate to tell us. We appreciated his honest and professional service in both the estimate and the work done. We are more than satisfied. His was by far the best of three estimates.

The whole project went very well.

Before they came out they called to let me know that they will be running late beacuse of a previous job that they had. Once he showed up he was able to perform the work very quickly and advised me about what he inspected and gave a quote on how much it would be. Overall good experience and I will use this company again.

It went well.  Easy to schedule appointment.  Very punctual service.  Professional and great work.  Paid less than originally quoted (perhaps because I had the shingles already).  All in all great service.

Came when they said and did as they promised.

They came on time and I don't have a leak anymore. I would highly recommend them for roof work.

good no more leak

It was time to replace the roof on my 1969 ranch house. I had called another company about 3 months previous and received a written estimate that threw me into sticker shock. Then I became a member of Angie's List and, in reviewing the ratings, found Patriot Roofing.  I called Omar, explained that I was in need of a roof replacement but that the condition was not immediately critical. He came out within 2 days, climbed on the roof for measurements and review, and provided me with a written estimate that was substantially lower than the one I already had from the other company. He meticulously went over the estimate, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. He also left a packet of literature on the materials and suggested that I go to the website for further information.
I proceeded to get a third estimate before making a decision. Luckily, this company also used the same products so I could make an easy comparison among the three quotes. Two of the three had quoted a price based on architectural grade shingles. (The highest quote was for standard 3-tab shingles.) I decided to hire Patriot even though his quote was not the lowest of the three. I chose Patriot based on Omar's respectful nature, his demonstrated thoroughness, and his professionalism.
The flow of the job was scheduled efficiently. Once I had decided on the color of the shingle, the job was scheduled based on my availability and the weather predictions. The afternoon before, the dumpster was delivered. Omar called and asked if it could come in the day before so it would be in place when his crew arrived. He explained that it would be easier to get it through traffic in the afternoon that trying to get through the HRBT in morning rush hour. I had no problem with this arrangement.
I am very pleased to say that the team Omar sent to do the job was as thorough and professional as Omar himself.  They arrived just after 7 AM, introduced themselves, and explained what they would be doing.  They got right to work. I was concerned about some landscaping and explained this to the team leader. He was very accommodating of my wishes for them to avoid throwing the trash in a certain area. He even covered a small plant with a bucket to protect it. Just as they were finishing tearing off the old roof and replacing some sheathing, delivery of the shingles and other materials occurred. No waiting. No wasted time. The crew worked until it was too dark to see, finishing all the shingles before leaving.
The next morning they arrived again a little after 7 AM. They did some finish work and a thorough clean up before leaving at mid-morning. The dumpster was gone a couple of hours later. They left behind a professionally- done roof and nothing more. No nails. No wrapping. No pieces of shingle. If I hadn't been here, I would never had guessed that construction and de-construction had happened on the property.
Omar came by the afternoon of the second day to check the job. Again he walked the roof and took pictures so he could answer the questions I had.
I am most impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of this company. My only regret is that I won't need them again for another 25 years!
