Our records show that we cleaned your home 52 times between April 2013 and Aug 2014, and that on several instances one of the two crew members who cleaned your home was not a regular for you. We do our very best to always send the same two crew members to our regular (weekly,bi-weekly) customers. However, unfortunately, due to vacations, sicknesses and so forth we occasionally do need to send a different person. That being said, I do apologize that we did not communicate properly with you when there were changes. Communication is an area that we have been working to improve. In fact we have recently hired an additional office person to help with this. I understand that your overall experience with us was less than satisfactory. I believe we have improved over the past couple of years, and I hope that you give us another chance to meet your needs at some point in the future.
