Called for a water pump repair. Recieved a call back almost immediately with a quick response date even though it was a very busy time of the year. Went to work right away and quickly fixed the problem. Highly recommend these guys and their company. Would recommend them to anyone with an irrigation issue or installing a new system.

I hired this company back in the spring and they came out and worked on my pump. After multiple conversations with the lead man (he was working on my neighbors system, NOT mine after I referred him) and the office. The helper replaced the pressure control switch. It took about an hour to fine tune it and it worked ok up until about a month ago when it totally stopped working. At that point, I called the shop and left a message with my name, address & phone numberS and to please call me back! NOT a word. About two weeks ago, on a Wednesday or Thursday, I called again and Tim Shawn (sic), the owner, called me back. I explained the problem and we made an appointment for 8:30 Saturday morning! Did YOU see him? Neither did I. NOT a phone call, apology, NOTHING!!! When I was in business, I NEVER treated a customer like this! Shameful Tim, SHAMEFUL!!!

We've been in business for 21+ years, served thousands, and try and create the best possible experience for you as possible. Being said, At some point I knew and was warned that the internet ratings and reviews was a good thing and bad thing. Unfortunately the bad one has surfaced. After talking and discussing this matter with Mike I searched back into my service book and could not find where he had called and left any messages with the company, also for Mr. Mike to express we had made an appointment with him on a Saturday is very unlikely due to the fact I have not worked on a weekend sense my kids started playing a highly competitive sports program which takes up all my weekend time, that I enjoy very much, 10 years+. I did call Mike and discuss this Matter with him, unfortunately nothing I could present or say to solve this problem was good enough. I can only say that I am sorry to hear about your mixed experience with our company, and would like to make things right with you, and show you how serious we are about customer satisfaction, as you can see from 99% of our previous customers and their reviews. Tim's team was efficient and friendly. His company was quick to respond to my service request and communicated very well with me over the course of the day. At the end of the day, my sprinkler system was functioning better than it had it years. I would absolutely hire them again for any future sprinkler work!
