I am a certified residential real estate appraiser and SRA designated member of the Appraisal Institute with nearly 25 years of experience. I was born and raised in Virginia Beach so all my years of experience are in Hampton Roads. I appraise all types of residential properties including single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and 2-4 unit properties. I have experience in appraising complex residential properties such as high-end homes, waterfront homes, homes in disrepair, homes in remote or rural areas. I appraise properties for a wide variety of purposes such as estates, divorce, for sale by owner. I also provided measurement services for homeowners who want to know the correct size of their home.
