The guys over at Fusion were very easy to deal with. They were on time, very polite, and cleaned up behind them. I would recommend them to anyone!! I will definitely be using them in the future!
Fusion came to my home to work on my heating unit. I generally use a home warranty company but I called Fusion on a recommendation. What they found surprised me! We had a bad part which could have exposed my home to carbon monoxide. They quickly identified the problem and made sure that we did not use our heat until a repair could be done. As I said, I have a contract with a home warranty company and I used them for the repair. Fusion gave me good advice and information so that when I talked to the warranty company, I knew exactly what needed to be done and the approximate cost. Fusion did not need to be so thorough with me because, by that point, I told them about the home warranty. Being professional and caring, they made sure I completely understood the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. I truly appreciated their professionalism and ethics.
Because of my experience earlier in the year with Fusion, I called them to give me an estimate on work that needed to be done in the crawl space under my home. I also had several other contractors give me a quote. Fusion was BRUTALLY honest with me. I was told that the mess under my home was the worst they had ever seen (I knew that from other contractors who had been under the house for various repairs). They took pictures and, again, explained what needed to be done and the cost. They gave me a fair quote - better than the other contractors - and I accepted their bid. Fusion was at my house on the date they projected, did the work (including replacing all insulation under my home) in a timely manner and were true to their quote. I must say that the work was dirty and the temperatures were high. The workmen were professional, understanding of my concerns and did not waste any time. They did a little extra but kept the bill to the amount quoted.
In the future I will only call Fusion. Their rates, professionalism and ethics are exemplary.
