"Thanks for this wonderful review and we are most grateful for your continued patronage. Always a pleasure working with you."
"Thanks for this review and for voicing your honesty about the painful ordeal you have been through. Unfortunately, you are not alone as we see this happening more than it should and I hate it when it happens to our past clients. Some agents hate a competent inspector because they only see it as a threat to their sales commission with no regard to protecting their clients best interest. Unscrupulous agents love unscrupulous or incompetent inspectors. They'll promise continued referrals to the inspector who looks the other way or sugar coats findings. After 32 years in the business, we've seen every trick in the book of crooked agents. We see the derogatory slander about our company on the real estate social media circles but birds of a feather flock together and the honest agents don't buy into that skuttlebutt. Fortunately there's more good agents out there than bad, and those are the ones who recommend us. We have also filled a big void in the market by NOT sponsoring, partnering or becoming an affiliate of agents and their companies. Those practices can foster a conflict of interest that can hurt the client. While is seems that everyone and their brother is an agent, they are out numbered by the number of home buyers and sellers out there and that's our market. We seek direct relationships with the client and follow through that direct representation during the entire transaction. You're right, we would not have missed that foundation issue and if we had we would pay to have it corrected. We hold ourselves to the same high standard our clients expect. You should file a claim against the agents inspector as he is required by DPOR to carry EandO insurance. You should also share your experiences on the agents and the inspectors reviews to help protect other innocent buyers. So sorry this happened to you. as it's been our experience that you are a good client to work with and you were taken advantage of. It's too bad you were not in a position to withdraw from that contract and fire the agent. If there's anything we can do to help you moving forward, please do not hesitate to call us."
"Thank you for your thoughtful review and for trusting us with your business. We strive for a positive, honest, valuable experience for each and everyone of our clients. Wishing you all the best!"

"That's amazing and scary that you wrote this review while we were inspecting your house. I did that once while I was in a restaurant but it was not a positive review. I'm so glad your find our service consistent and satisfactory over the years and experience you have. We are proud to have you as a client and are always ready and willing to help you in any way we can. Wishing you all the best. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!"
"Thanks for your detailed evaluation of our work. As you know, we have only a small opportunity to discover everything we can about a house so we hustle and bustle to flush out any and all concerns so you can move forward informed and with confidence. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to work with you."
"I can't thank you enough for your continued confidence in out services and this review is wonderful. Makes our day! We are always available to you. Wishing you all the very best!"
"Ugh..so sorry the house bombed. Sometimes that happens and sometimes it's better to just walk away and start over. Thanks for your wonderful comments about our service and inspectors. I wish you all the best in finding a great home and will be ready to make sure it's not a dud."
"What a wonderful review! Makes me so happy. You must be referring to the Create Repair List (CRL) feature of our online reports that allows clients to quickly and precisely create a list from the inspection report to present to the sellers for repair request. It cuts the fat and gets right to the meat of the issues. Thank you for your wonder review. Much appreciated. Best Wishes!"
"Wow, what a wonderful review! Interestingly, we did another new construction inspection for the very same builder and production manager 2 weeks after yours and he was telling the buyer "this is the first time I've ever seen anyone get a rough in inspection on a new home. I couldn't help myself and blurted out "what the heck you talking about? We just went through this 2 weeks ago!" Lord help us. Nice people, but they do need to be watched. It really was a pleasure working with you and your family. Everyone was so nice which certainly make our job easier. Congratulations on your beautiful new home. Fill it now with love and happiness, especially during this holiday season. Thank you for everything."
"Thank you for your continued faith in our business. Always a pleasure!"
"Thank you for your kind assessment of our work. We too believe a good home inspection is the absolute most important part of buying a property. Of course it has to be a great inspection in order to have value. Wishing you much happiness in your new home."
"Thanks for your positive feedback and for selecting us to do your inspection. Much appreciated."
