It went very well. They even drilled a small hole in the bathroom wall/baseboard and ran a fiber optic scope in the drywall to see what things looked like between the walls! They provided a copy of the lab report in a timely fashion. We had previously had another company check for mold and this one was less expensive with more professionalism and more detailed results including verbal tips and tricks. We liked them so much, we had them come back to remove mold from our garage ceiling.

Came on a timely manner - did the job as expected. Second time we have used them.

They employee was nice and the service was fine. The only issue was they never called me back with results on the air samples so I just assumed they were okay.

Aaron White inspected the problem areas we were concerned about and checked moisture levels to make sure there wasn't any real problems. Luckily he didn't find anything of concern and there was no moisture found in the areas. He is very knowledgeable and let us know how to correctly clean the areas. It felt good to have someone reliable to check out the possible mold and let us know if we had a problem on our hands. It is better to be safe than sorry, especially since we have little kids in the house. We would definitely use Emergency Restoration Services in the future!!

Every step was totally professional.

We had mold in our upper kitchen cabinets and ceiling due to condensation from our AC ducts. ERS came in and removed the cabinets, cleaned off the mold in the ceiling and dried e area out. They were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up afterwards and did an overall fantastic job!

The technician was very friendly. He was professional and courteous. He got there on time.

Inspection for mold completed but I never got a report back on results from samples taken

they removed red kook-aid stains; also were successful in removing pet stains and odor in a specific area of my carpet...

Chad came to the house and evaluated our space. He was honest and his estimates were accurate. He sent off mold samples to the lab in North Carolina and was prompt in providing me the results. His crew was professional and effective. They worked quickly and did a GREAT job. This is an honest, hard-working company. I recommend them to anyone needing their service.

Scheduling and actual performance went very well. We were told they would provide and discuss the results with us the following week. We had to contact them twice to get the results and were told to contact them if we had any questions after that.

Needed an air quality evaluation due to medical problems. Chad from Restoration Services came by the day after we contacted them. He did a whole house visual inspection, and took many air samples. These sample were then sent to a lab to be analyzed. Restoration Services then provided a full and detailed report of what was found. Restoration Services folks were very friendly and absolutely professional. I would use them again.

We were unable to agree on a time for the work. The holidays played a part in the scheduling issues.

I was renting a house that we thought had mold. After I scheduled the mold appointment, the realty company decided to move me into a different place. So the mold inspection was not needed. Angie's List was great with refunding the deal and the mold company, Emergency Restoration Services, was great with cancelling the appointment, refunding the money, etc.

They were able to schedule me quickly, were friendly on the phone, Chad was very informative and he waived his service call fee since we had work performed by the company he recommended. I also felt as if I could trust him since he told me about services that he could perform if I wanted but that they were not necessary. It was nice to know my options but not be taken advantage of!

Chad came out to do a mold and water inspection for a leaking window issue we had after a recent rain storm. He was thorough and professional and ran three different tests. He went the extra mile to educate us on his opinion of the window leak issue. He confirmed no mold or water behind the wall so our services ended there.

I contacted Emergency Restoration Services due to what we suspected to be a mold smell in one small area of our house. Chad responded right away and even though he was at a family function, he took the time to really discuss our situation. He explained the different inspections, what they do, and we made an appointment for him to come out. Chad was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and even though there was no mold to be found, he shared a lot of information, what we can look for, and ideas of what we could do. We would absolutely use Emergency Restoration Services in the future.

Chad Coerse was able to fit me into his schedule-on the same day I called. I had a backflow from the washing machine-which had come back up thru the shower in the downstairs bathroom. Water had also drained down into the crawl space-and out into the yard-where I saw it when I let me dogs out. (the city line had backed up, causeing the backup into my house). Chad came out and took a look at the bathroom, and under the crawl space. He was on time, very professional, and provided me with a solution for a problem that I didn't know how to go about resolving. He's going to email an estimate, and the plan is to have his folks come out on Friday to do the work that needs to be done. Very much appreciate his time and expertise!

Although there was a mistake in the estimate the company accepted full responsibility. The work additional work was done at a very reasonable cost. The owner was committed to do the right thing.

The day after we called, Arron showed up as scheduled (Tues.) and provided an estimate for work by the end of the day. They started work on Friday, on time and professionally. - Placed kitchen in containment. - Added machines to air dry surfaces, remove humidity in the air, and air purifier. - Removed countertops, drywall, insulation, water, cabinets, plumbing, etc. - Cleaned all mold from the remaining surfaces. On Monday, they returned to remove the containment, machines and paint the affected area with a special paint that prevents mold from returning to the area. The guys from ERS were easy to work with, talked us thru the process at all points, and were always willing to answer questions. I WILL recommend these guys.

They gave me advice on other areas of mold prevention and we toured the house, answering questions along the way. Well worth the money!

They were very good. I was horribly stressed about the situation and they were able resolve the issue.

Great service with lab report, great price.

It went really well, his name is Aaron; he came back at no cost, because he did an air sample and the report showed a high count of mold. He was suspicious of the results and so he came back out, did a re-sampling and everything was fine. He was professional, honest and very knowledgeable. He inspected the crawl space for mold. All I paid was the big deal. I would use him again.

The inspection included an air sample in the bedroom with the most odor and inspection using a meter for moisture in the walls. A baseline air sample was taken outdoors. No significant problems were found. Recommendations were provided for reducing/eliminating the odor. I implemented the recommendations and the odor is gone.
