The tech showed up on time, professional, friendly, taking care to not track in dirt from outside. He did an outstanding job, with carpets looking like new when he left ..... far better than possible with a home steam clean system. He also cleaned the tiling, whitening the grout, and a chair that had some staining (made perfect). He did a fantastic job, highly recommended, and I will use their services again.

We were moving out of the home and putting it up for sale, so we needed the carpets cleaned. The carpets were cleaned, deodorized and stains were removed. We had carpet in 6 rooms that needed to be cleaned. Two or three of them had to be deodorized as we had dogs in the home.

The carpets came out great!! they are so clean, close to new looking! even spots i could not get out, Perry was able to remove!! He was a great technician, a perfectionist-which worked to my advantage!! will def use them again!

Tech was very knowledgable and honest. Was unable to do steam clean due to no outside hydrant available close to apartment location. Warned that dry clean may not get up all stains and gave choice to proceed. Only the worst of the stains did not come out with this method, but some were there for years, so not unexpected. All in all, a very satisfactory job.

Very Well. Considering the carpets were extremely dirty and well worn the job was done well. The ground in dirt is gone and there are no stains to be seen on any of the carpets. Perry Williams did an excellent job. It did take a little longer to dry--it was a rainy and damp day. But we are very pleased with the job Perry did for us. I would highly recommend Perry and Eco Carpet Pro for carpet cleaning.

Arrived right on time, very personable and professional. Excellent results!  Carpet looks amazing.  Stains from pets, kids, etc. removed.  Best of all, no strong chemical smell to irritate allergies and migraines.  Would definitely use again.

The couch the technician cleaned looks brand new, the stairs are nice and clean and although we had a pretty dark stain in the den, he was able to lighten it and it looks a lot better. He was punctual, courteous and very personable.

I would recommend this company for your next carpet cleaning. We have used Eco Carpet Pro twice and we wouldn't use anyone one else.

Service was excellent. The set-up for the service was extremely easy with just one phone call, and then email reminders and "tips" to prepare for their arrival up to the date of service. On the service date, they arrived early within the promised window (9am-11am), and where at the house for a few hours as stated. The carpets looked amazing when they left---they looked new again! We also requested a pet deodorizer, and it worked wonderfully! A big plus for us was the fact the house did not smell "chemically" once they finished. I will definitely use and recommend Eco Carpet Pro again!
