DanDale Fence

Dandale fence was amazing. They worked around our very busy schedule and were able to complete the work in less than a week! From start to finish they kept us informed. I will definitely be hiring them for any of my fencing needs in the future! A great quality company with great people and the finished result is beautiful!

Jordan and his team assisted my senior parents in moving and adding on to their wooden fence at their new home in Virginia Beach. The company was knowledgeable about what could be done with moving existing parts of the fence and helped reduce the overall project cost in doing so. With parts of the fence that were too old and damaged, they completely removed everything -- wood, hardware, and concrete -- and built a beautiful addition, including a double gate off the driveway that can accommodate large equipment and my dad's boat. The installer, Phil, took the time to answer all of our questions and review the work when it was all finished. Very happy with the fence, the cost, and our experience.

The workers were on time and provided excellent work. Great communication throughout the project.

Never obtained city permits as of 7/5/2018 that were listed on original contract and stated would be done by 6/30/18 when still had not done this Original install date started in September 2017 with on-going warranty repairs; although, not original agreed start date (reported back-ups due to weather pushed back date) Used 6x4 post that they cut down to a 4x4 (in ground but not above so we did not know till it was replaced) so could not hold weight of FIRST front gate installed. Back gate has fell off twice with post pulled from garage after FIRST and SECOND gate was done. Fence is still not straight or level. Nails still stick out through wood exposing sharp ends. Gates and handles still not level. Drilled through concrete at wrong spot so had to redo. Used nails that rusted and had to be replaced. Each "best guy working for me" have either been fired or quit (and we went through 3 of the supervisors alone) No shows at least three times for warranty repairs. Cracked/chipped and warped wood used. Pickets unaligned and not hung close together especially on gates. No company email address on website or provided to us. All communications are done via text or phone calls. Will not refund money. Offered only to provide us with some wood based on his calculations and a couple hundred dollars for another company to repair. Left nails, cigarette butts and empty bottles on property (recently got two nails in my new car's rear tire) Jordan responds normally within 24 hours by text messages, but not as quick to make things actually happen. Majority of pictures attached are still how fence looks and last TWO repairs were done by Jordan (owner) and another employee. But all this is nitpicking according to Jordan Stockdale, the owner of the company. Will not refund money. Offered only to provide us with some wood based on his calculations and a couple hundred dollars for another company to repair. This process has been and is still unresolved.

I had a problem with the fence on the south side of the house not being straight and I have a problem with having to open both gates to get access in or out of my back yard.

The process took about two hours to complete, which was much faster than I anticipated. Jordan and Thomas were both very professional and knowledgeable. The finished product looks great! My fence is back in place and I feel confident it will stay that way.

Jordan provided an estimate and installed the fence. He and Thomas were punctual and notified me of any weather delays and worked quickly to resolve discrepancies.

Installation of picket fence took three days for removal of old fence and install of new fence. A couple of minor problems arose during the work but were corrected without question. In fact one problem with the entry gate was corrected to my satisfaction even through it took and extra three hours of work. The minor problems that did occur including the gate were do to poor communications between myself and the workers and between the workers themselves. The workmanship itself and the professionalism of the workers is without question.

Working with Jordan was very easy. He came by and explained the process of installing my fence. Initially I wanted a wood fence but then changed my mind and went with vinyl. The guys he sent out to complete my fencing project were very professional and quickly completed it. I would like to thank Jordan, Thomas, and Gary. I will definitely be calling them to complete more projects in the future.

I had 4 contractors come out to the house to give us quotes and each one did the same thing. Walk around, take measurements, put it on paper and give you a price. This was what made DanDale different from everyone else. Jordan the owner took the time and introduced himself, his company, his employees that work for him and what to expect. He described the products he offers, showed us pictures of his work and a sample of the fence. Pricing is very competitive with other companies. He truly does take care of his customers. Communication, Customer Service and Quality!

The entire crew were all very respectful and focused on the job the entire time they were here. Any delays where they were running 10 minutes behind in starting at 8am I received a phone call. The attention to detail was far superior than any woodwork group that I have ever used. I wish I had used them for my other deck. Great job.

Job was started and finished on time. They did an excellent job, from demolition to clean-up, and the price was right. I would recommend them.

Dandale impressed me so much, I've already contracted them for another job! Very personable. Worked with me to design my fence as I wanted it. Always kept me up to date on progress, and suggestions I wouldn't have thought of on my own.

Jordan and his team did an outstanding job on the replacement of mydrive gates.....His guys are courteous and worked very hard to make it happen, and I am so glad we connected with them. I already have other projects in mind for the future.

Did not know they were going to cut the existing post & leave in the ground. They moved my fence in about 2 inches. The Fense material was dirty and marked from the pavement and grass. They didn't pick up the old scews off my lawn

Responded quicky, fair price. Great work. However, he wasn't able to come out until the next day. If he called to reschedule, i missed the call. But I would definately use him again.
