Have never had a bad experience in dealing with Comet for over 20 years!

I took a leaking, malfunctioning Kohler bath/shower faucet to Comet for replacement parts and advice. Ended up purchasing a compete kit and performing a small overhaul on the control valve including pressure balancers and all rings/seals. Replacement went well but I had difficulty getting it adjusted right. Called Comet for their thoughts and they steered me in the right direction over the phone.
We've dealt with Comet for many years, and every experience has been extraordinary.

What could have cost me $32+ per faucet only cost me $0.52 after they
service counter experimented a little with a valve washer seal assembly.
 I've done business with Comet off and on for several years and have always been
satisfied with their sales people and expertise. Comet Plumbing is the
go to place in Virginia Beach if you have tricky plumbing issues. Being
open on Sundays is also a big plus. Most local plumbers recommend Comet Plumbing for quality parts and service you can't get at the big box stores.

Most recently, they saved me over $100 by helping me replace a tiny plastic piece on my kitchen faucet. I also went in recently when an old pipe busted in my bathroom wall behind my toilet. They actually fixed the pieces I had left right there in the store so that I only had to buy a small piece of pipe. They always go the extra mile for me when many might try to take advantage of a single girl trying her hand at home repair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for all your plumbing needs!
