Scott is very knowledgeable and fair.  Cole Electric also offers a military discount.  His estimates are always reasonable and the end price is very close or exact to his estimate.  I look forward to using Cole Electric for my bathroom remodel.

I had a bad experience with another company who improperly installed an

electrical panel at my rental property & improperly diagnosed/repaired several

electrical issues including a 250 Volts to outlets with floating/loose neutral

connections, disconnected grounding rods, and blown surge suppressor (just to

name a few) that they installed. It all led back to the improper electrical

panel installation.



I called Cole Electric for a second opinion and they quickly found all of the

issues. They recommended that I call the City Inspector out to inspect the

electrical panel before they completed any work due to the potentially

catastrophic errors they found upon initial inspection. The owner Scott Cole

walked me through the process of working with the city and ensuring proper

procedures were followed and everything was safe. He and his crew made sure they

were at my property when the inspectors arrived. His crew then went through my

entire home inspected and corrected all electrical issues I had and installed a

new electrical panel. When the city came out to do the final inspection after

all repairs were completed he made sure they were there with the Inspector for

the final results. I have told all of my co-workers and friends what happened

and have recommended they call Cole Electric.

Called for service and was done on the same day. Response and promptness was perfect. Technicians Steve and Russell troubleshooting process extraordinary - very professional and organized. Isolated to loose connection in an attic junction box. Also installed GFI outlet; all work done in less than 1.5 hours. I would use Cole Electric again w/o hesitation.

Guys from Cole Electric showed up on time, bonus. They worked diligently to trouble shoot wiring for old security lights, re-wired, ran new switches. Excellent Job. I also had them install can lighting 4" (6), Again great Job. I'll have them back for other electrical work in the near future. Finally a company I can count on.
