"I apologize for the unfortunate experience you had with our company. I remember our initial conversation in which I asked you to please email me with your request and contact information back in August ? When I am in the field dealing with emergencies I take the calls yet can't get into them at that time . I did just find out that some of the emails received thru Angies List were not reaching us for the last few months due to a technical error on their end ? Today we found out why and it has been corrected for future emails but that doesn't help the potential customers that tried to contact us and thought we were unresponsive ? I don't remember any of your " repeated phone calls " though. I answer the phone both in the office and on the job ? As you can see from our previous reports we do try to make ourselves available to our customers. I'm sorry if that wasn't the case this time ."
"Thank you for your positive response. We try to give same day service while still staying within a minimum service call . Outside outlets can affect the indoor circuit they are connected to resulting in a loss of power to garage , bathroom or even bedroom/living room wirings. GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter ) protected circuits are used for outlets located near water sources such as kitchen or bathroom sinks or outside to prevent the current from flowing if a shock hazard were present. The garage outlets should be protected due to the fact there is usually a concrete floor with the potential to be barefoot plugging something in with a direct path for current to flow to "ground" via the slab, also a lot of people plug extension cords into garage outlets to work in the driveway, vacuum cars, etc. Moisture enters an outside outlet even though it has a weatherproof cover due to the gasket shrinking after time. When moisture shorts across the electrical connections the GFCI trips usually in a bathroom or garage outlet closest to the panel or a GFCI breaker in the panel. I'm glad we were able to take care of it and look forward to helping you in the future should you need us. Take care ..."
