Atomic work very well between my tenants schedule as well as their own and mine. Repairs went well without a hitch.

The plumber (James) did a great job. He was professional, courteous and quick. He gave me the price for the entire job up front, and there were no additional surprises. Scheduling the service was a breeze too. I was even sent an email with Brittany (the staff person who set up the visit), and James' picture. I was given a four hour window, and was called a half hour before James got there. He got at the beginning of the four hour window. Very pleased! It was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for... I paid for and received excellent service.

James from Atomic plumbing arrived early in the window provided, was very professional and clean, and finished the job early. Good job.

They responded with same day service, called throughout the day to let me know I am still a priority, gave me time frames for arrival which were on point. The company dispatcher called to let me know when my technician would be out (30 min out) in order to give me time to get home or run errands while waiting. This is highly appreciated! Additionally, the technician had a quote for me within 5 minutes to include various options for repair with full explanations of work to be done in each case. A new toilet was sent to my house within the hour and all of the work was done cleanly and quickly! I am absolutely impressed with the honesty and clarity in which they provided the quotes. I would definitely use this company again!

Overall, I think Atomic did a good job. Took about 1 hour and plumber was on time. I thought labor price for 1 hour job was a little high but everything is working and customer is happy.

The people at Atomic were very professional, kind, and punctual. I called them out to give me a quote on cleaning four drains. I had the plumbing on this house updated last year, so I knew there were no major plumbing issues, I just needed the drains cleaned out because they're starting to get sluggish. I nearly laughed out loud when I heard the quote for cleaning four working drains! It was outrageous! They quoted a price that was nearly 3-times as high as the last person I had look at this job, and he is a licensed plumber who works independently. Atomic charges a $69.00 service charge whether or not they do any work for you, so be aware of that. Clearly, I'm not doing business with this company, despite their good employees.

I sent an email via Angie's List on Sunday. I received a prompt reply early Monday morning, and Deanna D. called me to let me know Ryan D. would be here at or about 10:00. Both were as good as their word; Ryan arrived promptly at 10:00 and was finished by 12:30. He gave me some options and estimates, and he did a great job. He and Deanna make a great team, and Atomic Plumbing will be our plumber from here on out. Excellent job, and neatly done.

Mylissa was helpful and polite when scheduling and Eric was a great technician. I was scheduled fast for both appointments. Eric had to come out to the house twice, first to access the problem of an old leaky toilet that was causing a moldy smell in bathroom then second to install the toilet. There were some problems with the toilet install but Eric worked it out and installed the toilet. The bathroom no longer has the smell as of last night. I feel confident everything is fixed. I would recommend and use again.

They responded quickly when I called. They called to tell me what time they were coming as promised. They showed up when they said they would. They quoted us a price and performed the work. It was a first class job and I feel comfortable knowing it is repaired properly. I also feel comfortable knowing if something isn't right they would repair it without any hassle. They are first class and customer service is a priority not just fixing your plumbing problem. Their President is involved in the business and always accessible to customers. I would use them again.

We replaced our 50 gallon hot water heater in the attic with a new tank less water heater and relocated it to the garage. This was not an ordinary water heater replacement because it required running new water lines from the attic to the garage and also running a new gas line to the tank less unit, Once it was determined where the lines could be run, Brad and his helpers, Aron and Brian, got right to work. The process took 2 visits due to having the new gas line inspected by the city before connecting it to the new unit. I would like to personally thank Brad, he was an absolute professional. All of the new pipes and lines were installed in a professional manner, the whole job looks professional, and everything was cleaned up before they left. I feel confident the job was done right. This is the second time we have used Atomic, I would recommend Atomic Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.

I came home from work at approx. 7:30 PM to find the drains clogged and wastewater backing up into the shower. I made some efforts to clear the clog by myself with no luck and called Atomic (found them highly recommended on Angie's list) about 8:00 PM. Their on-duty plumber was a man named Jim; he got to the house a bit after 9. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and effective. He cleaned up after himself and was extremely polite for someone who had responded from his own home after 8 PM. They even gave me the 10% off for being an Angie's list subscriber even though I did not book the appointment through Angie's list since it was emergent in nature. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber and will use them again in the future.

Ryan D., the plumbing technician, was on schedule and very professional. He took care to not damage the old drain when gaining access to it through the "clean out". I had personally "snaked" the drain multiple times with limited success. Ryan made a point of making multiple passes with water flowing to insure that the pipes were flushed out. Everything is working fine!!! I will definitely use Atomic Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

A pleasant experience from start to finish. Brittany took my call and quickly lined up a plumber to come to the house. She was cheerful and professional. Eric T was the plumber who came right away. He knew exactly what to do -- and quickly solved the problem and patiently explained what he did. I would be happy to call him in the future.

Everything went well. Very hot day up in the attic too. Jimmy Powell (Technician) did a superb job explaining everything to me. Jimmy was very professional, polite and very hard working. This is the second time I had Atomic come out to the house for plumbing issues. We bought the house last year (its 9 yrs old) and it had some issues that we called various other plumbing companies who were amateurs to Atomic. Each time Atomic came out they resolved the problem. Buyer beware of what quality plumbing company you are getting with your Home Warranty. My advise, call Atomic. I did give Pricing a "C" rating though. I went to the Bradford White website to look up the Hot Water Heater Model RG250T6N that was installed and it was priced at $649.95 each. I understand there is a mark up and labor costs, but I was charged $1,573.95 each. That is pretty steep.

The technicians pursued the cause of a very slow running set of pipes. They exhibited excellent problem solving skills and a persistent dedication to getting it right.

Ryan was great. He diagnosed the problem and was able to restore good water pressure in our bathroom sink. He had a plan of what to do, and the most efficient and cost effective method. I am very pleased with the service and results. He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy before he left and did a great job.
