They ended up repairing my oven and it was just a spring that was not allowing the door to close properly. They had to come to my house twice to get it fixed. There was no cost to me as it was covered under warranty.

 + -1 moreThis job has been a hassle from day one. They made several different trips, just to figure out what was wrong. Then we had to wait one month for the parts to arrive. Then after they replaced these burners, the flame shot up one foot off the top of the stove. They had to re-order parts. In the end it took a total of two months to repair it properly. They were disorganized and unprofessional.

 + -1 moreAt Your Door Appliance Service were always on time and very courteous. We had a yearly contract with this company so we paid $270 a year and that covered our washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave and our double oven. They had great services.
