We would welcome you to stop by or we can email you the calls, we're very confused by this review. You were price shopping for 4 ceiling fans, and in your second call to Maiya at 2:17 pm you called and stated that the last person you spoke with was confusing, didn't know what they were talking about and when you asked to speak with their supervisor they were rude and hung up on you? That is not a conversation you had with Andrea, (the only other time, and first time that you spoke with us) You exchanged pleasantries about the 4 boroughs, joked how you found our number from a company in Manhattan, and Andrea explained our diagnostic fees vs our free estimates and the difference between them. She even offered to send you some brochures about the services we provide, sent you some business cards, a magnet for your fridge and a coupon for $25 should you decide to use us. You thanked her for her time. We don't know how many companies you called to get pricing estimates, but the upsetting experience you had was not with us. We're still sorry you had that experience! We're not happy we're taking the brunt of it on our review page, but we're still here if you need service!"
