"City of Virginia Beach Building Inspector passed the entire job except 2 small items that home owner will not let us complete. Home owner still owes Ace Home Improvements $3495.00 but won't let us complete the work. We did several extras for no charge and still could not satisfy the home owner. The home owner went from being very satisfied to unsatisfied at the very end of the job when payment was due. There is only so much a company can do to satisfy a home owner that is unwilling. Ace Home Improvements went above and beyond to satisfy home owner and is left with a balance being owed of $3495.00 with no way to finish last two small items due to home owner unwillingness. Ace Home Improvements is the victim here not the homeowner."

"The only problem the customer had was the timeframe it took the manufacturer of the window to ship it to us, Ace Home Improvements. The installation in 2000 was done correctly. We informed the customer that when the sash came in we would install the sash free of charge, that is what we did. Again, no issues with work done, just the timing on the manufacturer."
