QUICK, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL.

Rid mouse problem; however, mice were discovered a couple weeks after initial service.  Came out again and sprayed for insects.  No longer have mouse issue, but still have insect issues.

Showed on time.  Completed work professionally and promptly.

James Roycroft was the tech. He was extremely  knowledgeable about ants and insects, and rodents. He took time to answer all my questions, explained every step he did and was very pleasant to talk to. We liked the service by James so much that we got a annual pest control program. He reminded me to call back in a couple of days for another ant treatment free of charge to make sure they cleared it up. Accel is lucky to have a fine technician like James he is a credit to the company.  I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pest control company.

It went very well.  He discovered rat droppings under the house and recommended treatment.  He showed me pictures of the droppings and a hole that was in the wall above the foundation where the rodents could get in.  We agreed to have them come back and take care of the problem.  The company has since taken care of the problem and we have hired them on for ongoing pest control.

It went very well.  The number of ants that we have seen is significantly decreased.

John arrived for our first appointment promptly.  He explained the work he would be doing, addressed any questions/concerns we had, and began work.  The work done consisted of knocking down spider webs outside, inspecting for signs of pests, applying insecticide around perimeter of home and in garage.  Once complete, he again addressed any questions/concerns, performed an interior inspection of our home (no pesticide application inside as we have parrots), and explained how their service worked.  We asked about termite preventive maintenance and John provided information for us to consider. Overall, the first service was very good.  We indicated that we were interested in a future visit for Termidor application and advised John of our availability.
Within a week of the first service, we noticed significantly more ants inside our home and notified Accel (we thought the outdoor insecticide application caused them to move inside).  They sent a technician out who found the source of the ants and applied a gel outside our home to eradicate the nest.  No charge for that visit and most importantly, no more ants!   
When we later called to schedule the Termidor service, the office was not only aware that we would be calling, she also knew what service we were calling to schedule, our availability and preferred dates.  The appointment was set for three weeks in the future (our preferred date as we were going to be out of town).  A third technician arrived at the schedule date and time for the Termidor application.  He was very knowledgeable and professional, and before he began, he asked about the ant problem to ensure it was resolved.  He also knew about our parrots, and assured us they would not be affected by the work he would be doing.  It was nice to know that the company knew us and our unique situation and concerns.  The Termidor application was completed within the time allotted.
