ABC Pest Management LLC

We have an annual contract and it is $125 a year. They are usually pretty good and are usually here within the window period.

They were doing termite control and water damage inspections every year.  We ended up with water damage and termites and they had said it was preexisting.  We had built the house with their contract on it.  They sprayed the trenches the house was built on.

Their service has been excellent.  They are good about letting you know when they are coming and being on time.  They will respond to special request within a week to ten days.  Their personal are polite and always let you know when they are there which I appreciate.  Their service has been effective in that I do not have a lot of critters running around the house.

They are fabulous.  I have used them quite a bit.  They are very reasonably priced and competitively priced.  Their quality is excellent.  They are very professional and trustworthy.

Their service was fantastic.  They have been great.  They were very professional and on time.  I signed a contract with them for a year.  They have been phenomenal.

I live in a townhouse so I pretty much check myself.  I haven’t had any problems at all with them.  They come and check when needed.  They treated for termites a few years ago and I have had no termite problems since then.

I had an awful experience using this company, so much that I had to hire another one to do their job. I started to hear some knawing in my attic late at night so I called ABC. I called on Monday and they told me my appointment would be scheduled for wednesday at 1 pm, on wednesday I recieved a phone call that due to scheduling conflicts they had to move my appointment to 9 am, which would have been fine if they showed up at nine. At noon I called, stating no one had come and asked why. ABC informed me that the driver hadthe original schedule and would be there at 1, he did not show up until 2:15!!! After spending thirty minutes in my attic, he informed me that based on the feces he found I had rats. He told me he would put two bait stations in the attic and one outside and come back in two weeks to check them ( which would be included in the price). I said ok, paid him and he left. After one week had passed I called to ask when they were coming to check the traps and they said someone would call me. After 10 days had passed I called again they told me someone would call me. I called back on day 14 (there two week promise) explaining how I was upset with their service and wanted someoneto schedule me an appointment, I recieved the same answer. It is now March 14 a month later and no one has returned.

I had to go with another pest service which was excellent. This company named after a popular cracker shaped like zoo animals were true professionals. They informed me the bait stations which were stated on my reciept as rat traps were actually mice traps. They set a few live traps to test their theory and they caught one within 30 minutes from leaving!

I am very upset with the service I recieved from ABC, not only will I not recommend them. I will go out of my way to advise against them!!

I have no record of a message left on my phone as stated in the company's response. If ABC want to come to amicable solution they can come out and render services paid for (Which I have the receipt hanging on my corkboard waiting for you to meet your end of the deal.). This business is obviously rife with complacent, lazy and ungreatful workers and management, if you feel you need to babysit the people you hire, contact ABC pest control, otherwise DO NOT HIRE!!!!

ABC Termite and Pest Control come over once a year for an annual inspection of termite tunnels and pests. About, 2 to 3 years ago they had done a permanent termite treatment and further on only inspections. Their services are reasonably priced and I am extremely satisfied with their services. I will continue to use their services in future.
