A&A Awnings & Storm Shutters

Once the production was complete, delivery and installation was great. It took additional weeks until the production was complete even though the fabric was one of the standard ones. I would recommend them.

Had to be done in two steps because the winter cover material was not available at time of initial installation.  All materials were top notch and company did everything it could to work with our schedule.

We met AA Awning at a home show.  This was a great option for our patio.  The sales rep worked with us on selection options and the install was conducted within 5-6 weeks of finalizing the choices.  It was great to have it in place during the late summer and fall. We're glad we did this.

Our condo is a vacation property so scheduling an appointment around our work schedules was very important. Mike was right on time and very knowledgeable on installation of hurricane shutters and city codes for upper level structures on beachfront property. We were so impressed with his product and professionalism that we signed a contract that day. The installation was scheduled based on the planned completion of the custom shutters ( 8 ft and 10 ft widths) and all occurred as planned. A & A coordinated with an electrical company that we recognized as a top notch company in the area to make the required connections, and we paid that company directly for their services. The installation met all the requirements of the condo for access and install, and we were impressed with the results. A minor adjustment on the clearance of an adjacent utility door was required after installation, and they responded very promptly to make the correction. We are very pleased with these shutters and the remote control to activate them. They work smoothly, quietly and without any issues whatsoever. Based on the excellent product and customer service, we highly recommend that anyone interested in storm shutters contact A & A . We also highly recommend A & A for the ability to provide superior customer service within a condo that has limited access and numerous restrictions for remodeling contractors.

The sales person Mike was very pleasant, really helpful and explained things. After doing a little research I could see the price was reasonable. The installers were very polite and the work was done quickly.

Gary and Willie did the installation. They were on time, very polite and a joy to communicate with.

Larry the sales rep was on time and did a terrific job explaining options, no hard sell. Installers worked efficiently and did a great job. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

The salesman came promptly and reviewed all options with us.  We did not compete this purchase because we had done that 15 years earlier at time of original purchase.  At this time, we were replacing the awning fabric because it was worn out, not the metal casing, which was still in good condition. When the awning was installed, it was exactly as expected, and the company did an excellent job.  Every time I contacted them for information, they responded promptly and were always very courteous.  The installation team was excellent as well.

Promised for 4th of July - work not complete yet! VERY DISAPOINTED

We have used A & A awning in the past.  Five years ago we had 2 retractable awnings installed over our second floor deck, it was an excellent job.  This past June we used them again to install a large fixed awning using the same material as the first job.  It was installed on time and it looks wonderful.  It has been through several storms and has performed in an excellent manner.  This is a great company and the owner makes sure things are done right.  I would highly recommend them.

I used A & A Awnings & Roll Shutters a couple of times. I had them out in June or July because we had bought them several years ago and this winter I had rolled up the awnings and when I let them down I had holes all in it. I happened to run into them at the Homearama place and asked him to come out and take a look at them and what I found out was that the squirrels were living in there all winter which makes since. I had seen those squirrels going back and forth and thought they were under the eave of my house, but they have been living in my awning. They told me never to leave them rolled up during the winter time and to let them stay down, so I had to buy two new awnings. They were very good and very prompt. They matched up what I already had and gave me a good tip about the awnings; to never roll them up in the winter to keep those squirrels out. They came back and gave me a good price because they just put them in 3 years earlier. I've found they've been a good company to work with and the day after I contacted them they were out the next day. 

We reported a problem with our last A & A project almost two weeks ago and were promised a follow-up phone call.  This never happened.  We called again two days ago, expressed our frustration, and were again promised a follow-up phone call.  It is now after hours, and tomorrow will be three business days since I left my last message with absolutely no response.

                                  We have a 16 foot X 8 Foot  retractable awning off of the pool . We have had this for years. This company had installed the first one in the ninetys. They have also installed window awnings and a rollig shutter door on our patio door We have replaced our awning in the past due to damage from a snow storm of all things! well anyhow they have always done a great job. This time i called them because the sewed seams of my awning were coming apart ! although this was not under the warranty time they determined it was a poor thread quality . THEY DID THE RIGHT THING! They remove it resewed the seams and re installed free of charge. In this day and age we need more companies stepping up to the plate and making the customers happy.  If i need any other awnings i will use them again! THANKS A&A AWNINGS.
