I have to say I was fully satisfied with the end result of the work done at my house. I was getting Qwest piping replaced throughout my entire townhouse with modern Pex piping. If you plan to live a bit more conscious free, I highly suggest it.
The work done wasn't completely to my satisfaction and the project took much longer than expected due to various reasons. Most of the supervisors I worked with were very competent and solidly communicative with my frustrations, actually empathizing with the reality of the situation. The initial person who did the job was a great and super friendly guy but his helper was just not great and he had to continually fix his problems which made things run over. Months later when I got settled I expressed frustration to the management and A-1 met in the middle with I on a constructive solution. I am 100% happy with the results and plan to do a lot more business with them.

Pro did a good job, although it was a bit of a learning curve for the pro getting the faucet's adjusted correctly. A1 Sewer sent messages and texts to keep me informed, followed up well, and the pro showed up as scheduled. I personally removed the tile facing so the pro could get into fix the leak, although this part of the project was to be done by the pro. Since I did the tile originally, I decided to take my time removing the necessary tiles. Would have been nice if the bill would have been reduced a bit since removing these tiles took me several hours and several drill bits.

He was kind effective and efficient and found the problem immediately and fixed it so we will have no issues anymore. Found some plastic molding inside of pipe maybe cement glue. He was done under an hour.

From the day 1, communication between the office, us,, and technicians was way below average. Due to the issues caused by the quality of the work they provided, we are negotiating the cost deductions. The job was completed in late Jan, now it's May. They initially said they would work with us but they stopped communicating with us now asking is to pay the full.price regardless of what we discussed early on. Lacl.of communicating is the main issue with this company..

FANTASTIC! Showed up as scheduled. Was nice to have him remove his shoes inside without us asking him to do that. Was very detailed and knowledgable. He had to bend and contort to get into the vanity to find the problem. Found the pin-hole leak in the bathroom faucet water supply line after a detailed investigation. Very courteous and considerate. Great employee!

Chris did a fantastic job! Very personable and found the issue very quickly and had the repair done shortly thereafter. Saved my Saturday afternoon. I am very appreciative of his professionalism. They listen to all my concerns and my problems to help give resolution to this major problem. I especially wanted to say thank you to Jordan for all his customer service and kind words as he helped us through every part of our problem to the solution. I think the most amazing part is his great knowledge and his way to explain how things are going to happen and move forward to completion.
