I need(ed) help since I'm 39 weeks pregnant and my husband just had surgery. The company assigned us Monty and I'm glad they did. He promptly contacted me and came by the same day to provide an estimate. I only needed some basic lawn services; mowing, weed/edging. He scheduled a service appointment according to my needs and was done in no time. Very fast work for such a large corner lot. I am pleased and scheduled for Monty to come back out on a 2-week rotation. He is very nice and professional!

They clean up after themselves well and pick up the clippings. They have done a good job, and I would use them again.

They are very dependable. They always take care of things for me, even special request. I am satisfied with their work and do not have any problems with them.

About 25% more expensive. Tried to oversell options

He was only out there 4 hours - called me and I overhead him talking to his worker about a ditch. I then asked Contractor to verify that the drainage was going to propoerty line and found out he changed it to be a "ditch" or "swale". Problem is that hte ditch did not go anywhere. I has asked a rose bush to be removed so that the dtich could drain to backyard. He did not want to take it out. He asked me to provide a drain pipe at hte low point. I was not happy about having to come back and tear up a yard I just spent $1000 to grade for a new inlet. But I did it. After installing in what was essesntially mud, I realized that the water was not draining to this inlet I just installed. It helped some - but it was a large area not draining. I called contractor to come otu and fix. Several calls and a week later he comes out and calls me in the AM and asks if he can just dump some topsoil on my driveway and have me fix it, claiming the ground was too wet (which is was not - he had another job he needed to get to). I indicated I used a wheelbarrow on it and it was fine. I also told him he could use my backyard to access this point to which he replied, "that's great - I have to push a wheelbarrow 300 feet". Getting frustrated, I just said ok but he sensed my disappointment and said he would do it. After running my sprinklers, I see that my lawn is still holding water. Extremely frustrating. I pay someone to grade my yard to drain and he essentially creates a low point and asks me to fix it. I would not say this contractor does faulty work in all cases - but you pay a lot of money for him - it sounds great at first when he comes out. The price tag will be high but it is not worth it. You would be better off hiring someone that has average prices. UPDATE:  He saw the review and called me and was very concerned that there was a misunderstanding - stating that he would never ask anyone to do this.  I didn't recall it this way but was very pleased to see he cared.  He stated that he wanted to make it right by me so he offered to come out and spray my beds and driveway for weeds - which he has done.  I appreciate him trying to make the situation right.  We may have had a misunderstanding but he proved my statements about customer service stated above were not correct.  I would call him and use him again if I could get a price I could afford. 

It went well from start to finish. We had no idea what we wanted, aside from the sod. (We had been trying every thing the last 5 years to get the lawn to grow). He did an estimate with a drawing and went over it all with me clearly. The price was much less than I had anticipated. The price did go up some during the course of the work as Steve brought further suggestions to us. These we very good ideas and might have come up during the estimate, but I don't think I asked enough questions when looking at his drawing. So, its probably 50-50 both are faults that the bill increased about 500.00. It was handled professionally. I was also impressed with how meticulous about cleaning up.

The company owner supervised the job and did some of the work personally. Everything was done as promised. The yard was left in great shape and everything was neat. This is another case of "you get what you pay for", and this company is well worth it!

These guys were great! Hard workers. They had to drive a bobcat over our lawn and did not tear up the front yard at all. Punctual & the guys were here to work, polite and on a mission. You really get what you pay for when it comes to any landscape work. Keep up the great customer service.

The work to install the system was not as damaging to the lawn as we originally thought it would be. There was very little turf dug up, and it is impossible to tell where the dug anyways. It took two days to complete, and it has operated beautifully for us. It was a little expensive, but it is worth it for us.
