I took it to them the afternoon before the snow hit. I went in with no expectations. I could not get it to start. What I had done was I had put in too much oil in the gas-oil mix. I left it with them. They could not promise me anything because they had over 30 machines that had come in that day. I understood that. I got a call the very next morning stating that it was ready. When they called me, they only had 2 units out of the 30 some units that they had previously. The guys had worked all night and gotten all the units working. I cannot tell you how amazing that was. I have used them before. Their prices are good. Their quality is superb. They are very competent. They have high quality, reasonable prices, and dedication towards customer service. I will use them again in the future.

They fixed the motor on a chipper vac. After they fixed the motor, there were still some internal problems. The blades were bent and broken after 10 years of use. I wish they would have told me that fixing the motor wasn't worth the cost. Their attitude and service was fine, but I wish they would have given me a little better advice, and just told me to get a brand new unit.

I've been taking my lawn mower here for annual service for the past few years. It's not an expensive mower but I believe the service they provide has greatly extended its useful life.

Vienna Lawnmower sends reel mowers out for this service. They said it would take a week, and a week later the mower was back, and sharper than when it was new.

I got a new lawn mower last year after our old one hit the dust, so I decided to take good care of it by having it professionally maintained-instead of half-way doing it myself. The shop personnel were very friendly and they did a really good job in a quick turn around time (1 day). My only complaint was that I felt the price was a bit steep for normal maintenance (it's more than I pay for an oil change on my car), though they did tell me how much it was up front, so I wasn't surprised when I picked it up.

"Thanks for your comments and I agree that seems like alot of money for a tune up but we really do spend about an hour on each tune up and when extra repairs are needed we can generally do them at a lower price when combined with a the tune up service. Also, I love the Town of Vienna, but it is not a cheap place to have a business. I am not trying to give excuses, just reasons. This is a great friendly little shop, a good place to buy a lawn mower or other power yard tool, or to get one repaired. Excellent customer service. They did a nice job of helping me decide whether to repair or replace this old mower without being pushy at all. They were very informative without being "salesman-y" while showing me new mowers I might be interested in buying. The lawn mower they repaired is still going strong two seasons later.
