I have nothing but good things to say about SCS. I've used them for the past 14 yrs and will continue to use them.
It is a family owned business and Eric has come out until two years ago, when his son started working for him. Cory has done a great job and is as professional and is as great as his dad to work with.
Beth is always helpful when I call to try to schedule my regular maintenance calls as soon as possible. I leave an admit slip in my management office and they go in while I'm at work. I would never know they were there except for my receipt.
