I have been taking our vehicles to Ray's for nearly 10 years and have always been impressed with the level of service, attention to detail and quality of work they do. A few years ago I brought my wife's Camry in for a rear bumper repair. As we were doing the walk through after the car was done Jennifer from Ray’s noticed that they hadn't put the Toyota sticker on the new bumper, this is a small sticker that Toyota puts on top of the bumper that is mostly visible when the trunk lid is up. I certainly didn't notice it but she did right away. She apologized and asked if I could wait for a bit so they could put the sticker on which they did immediately. Many others would have not noticed the sticker, and probably even more would have waited to see if I noticed it. That is the level of detail you want. They also have a great relationship with Enterprise on Greensboro and Ray’s will let them know as soon as you arrive that you are there so they can drop a car off to you. Additionally, once you are done with your rental you can leave it with Ray’s, you drive away with your vehicle and Enterprise will pick it up from them later. That’s far better than getting ferried all over Tyson’s Corner with the traffic to pick up and drop off a rental car, ain’t nobody got time for that as the song says. Finally while I was dropping my Dodge off today there was a gentleman who needed to pay out of pocket for some significant front end repairs who needed to leave so he was not late for work, the Ray’s staff were actively working on getting him the best price on the parts (used and aftermarket) to keep his costs down after he left. There is absolutely NO REASON for anyone to take their vehicle anywhere else to have auto body work done.

Geoff and his staff are above and beyond the best in the business! I received an estimate from the Mercedes dealership in Tyson's Corner, VA that was outrageous!! Geoff towed my car from Tyson's Corner to his shop in Vienna FOR FREE! His estimate was almost HALF of the dealership's estimate. Geoff updated me many times of the repair progress and worked with my insurance company. Ray's Auto Body, INC is VERY professional - I have recommended them to many people. Thank you Geoff and your staff!!!!

My wife had a minor fender bender on her way to work. With today’s prices, it was no surprise when the insurance company’s adjuster assessed the cost of repairs at $2100. We found Ray’s Autobody on Angie’s list. The company had excellent reviews, with no negatives. The team in the office was friendly and professional. They arranged for a rental car to be delivered to the shop and took care of the return when I picked our car up. The work done in the shop was superb. Bumper, fender, and wheel rim were perfect. We highly recommend Ray’s!

I forwarded Ray's the estimate from the insurance co and they hit it to the penny. I wonder what the cost would have been if they didn't have the estimate? Regardless, they did a great job and were speedy esp b/c the work was done the week between Xmas and New Years. My car looks great! Would definitely use them again.

Ray's Auto Body was by far the best quote in the area. They were kind, professional and did exactly what they said they would- plus more. I was so please with my the final work- they went above and beyond. I'll never go anywhere else for bodywork needs- including the dealership.

Ray's replaced hood that had severe rust on front of hood by latch and painted hood top and bottom to match finish on our 9 year old van. Replace and paint completed in 1 day - a perfect match to the current finish.  They also cleaned the rest of the car exterior and interior.  My wife was more than pleased with how her car was treated and the end result.

Entire process from estimate to repair to payment was completed very professionally.  Jennifer, the estimator, was most impressive and very personable.  She explained the entire process, to include the options on the type/quality/price of replacement hoods that were available.   She called to confirm the appointment and on the day of the repair she called me twice to keep me informed of the process.

Price was very reasonable and was discounted 5% as advertised for Angie's List customers.

Would definitely recommend Ray's and use in the future.

I wanted to have some minor scrapes on the outside front wheel wells of my wife's new car caused by scraping against the garage door on both sides repaired.  I was pleasantly surprised at the price contained in the free-estimate, the courteous service of the estimator AND the follow-up from the front desk.  I also very much appreciated that an appointment could be scheduled for three weeks after the estimate was given.  The job was done on time and there were no surprises.  I don't like surprises!  The car looked damaged before and now it looks like a three year old, well cared for auto with no body blemishes.  I have done business several times over the years with this company and the results have all been the same ... what I expected AND at a fair price.
I thought this was going to cost several hundred dollars.  After all, making a three year old car look like new can be expensive.  It was not expensive but reasonable.  Good workmanship!

This was my 2nd experience with Ray's and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.  They are professionals all around, from the office staff to the technicians.  Marcus, the gentleman that provided my estimate, deserves particular mention for his customer attention and service that is top notch!!

when I picked up the car, the fender was still not attached correctly so it was 'hammered' up.  Still is not correct
