Northwest Federal Credit Union WFCU is the way the abbreviate it. The appraisal is coming out next week. We have been approved it's just doing the paperwork. Because of low interest rates they are swamped like everybody else. I'd say their pricing is reasonable. Because they are a credit union they don't charge for somethings that banks or mortgage companies might charge for. And they give rebates on things like the appraisals and stuff like that. We have had car loans with them, our saving share accounts, they are very easy to work with and very friendly. They don't have as many branches as some of the bigger credit unions. They have expanded to have a more public clientele.
