Colina put French drains in my backyard. The work was done very well - leaving me with a dry backyard. They also worked carefully to preserve my lawn and not damage my sprinkler system. Service was excellent and price was fair.

We just had the BEST experience with Colina Renovations. . We got over 15 quotes and CR was the most reasonable for the quality of work. Kelly was so good at communicating our timelines, especially with all the recent rain. She gave excellent design advice to make our deck the most useful, beautiful, and cost effective. Kelly is so kind and have amazing work ethic. Call them!

Colina Renovation did a great job on our bathroom, especially Fabian. He was courteous, efficient, a good problem solver, and always kept us updated. The work was impeccable and the house and work area was cleaned every night. They were great!

Interior Painting or Staining
Excellent workmanship. Paint matching done well, included sanding and refinishing. Covered everything in plastic wrap before beginning work, vacuumed up debris, moved and replaced furniture and suggested treatment not considered by us that was wonderful.

Deck or Porch Repair
Extremely professional from initial contact, follow up and work done in repairing deck, replacing molding wood and painting 3 rooms inside. On time, very courteous and mostly work knowledge and ethics; even took initiative and fixed minor problems not included in other contracts such as touching up molding and doors frame. Will and would recommend and will definitely use again in the future

We had cabinets painted, ceiling repaired and painted. They did it all in a very timely manner. The job was done on time. The Colina team lead recommended a few different paint options and the ones that I selected were aligned with my budget. I will have them back for the rest of my remodel.
