I did extensive research, and met several contractors before deciding to hire Caballero Painting for our home exterior project.  I am happy to say that our decision was the right one and that our house looks amazing thanks to their hard work.  We definitely found our house painters!   We will use them again, and highly recommend them.
Willie Caballero (the owner) and his crew were very professional and timely during this entire process.
From the moment Willie came to do our estimate, his company outperformed his competition.  He did a very comprehensive assessment of the work that need to be done, and clearly explained everything that his team would do, and how they would do it. He made very good recommendations, and did not over commit or over promised.  What impressed me the most was that he made sure that the scope of the work he was going to do was always aligned to our expectations; which they surpassed.
The weather made for a difficult painting week, but they stayed in close contact with us and kept us well informed of their work schedule, pushing hard to complete the work on time - which they did without compromising the quality.
The crew is highly skilled, and complete professionals. I had to work from home one day, and was amazed how neatly, and efficiently they worked.  All the repair work they did prior to painting (wood trim and window frames, and aluminum siding), was so well done, that I can?t even remember what needed fixing ? it all looks new.
They really did quality work, and went above and beyond the job to keep us happy and to make our 30 year old house look like a new house.

Willie and his crew did the job, which spanned several rooms and some high ceilings, fairly quickly (in one day) and skillfully. After they
were done, they cleaned up thoroughly. Willie is pretty thorough and notices things you didn't see. My impression is he knows what he is doing as he has been in the business for a while. As do the people who work for him. They were skilled, professional and courteous. I appreciate the most that Willie is easily accessible, and communicates well. There is no waiting, playing endless phone tag. It was easy working with them. We are happy with the results and are hiring them again to paint the entire exterior of the house and repair damaged siding.

We have used Caballero Painting and Contractors for the past five - six years.  They are amazing.  They have done everything from paint the exterior of our house; replace the screen on our porch and take care of other small carpentry issues.  Willie goes above and beyond the call of duty.  We used them last summer to power wash and stain our deck and fence. They did an outstanding  job on everything!  With the unpredictable weather, they had to come back numerous times to redo the staining on the deck.  He completed that at no additional cost. After they were done, the deck looked great to us.  When he came by to check after it was dry, he decided that it needed to be re-stained in a few places to make it look perfect.  Again, that was at no additional cost and now the deck looks amazing.  His crew was very thorough, and the result exceeded our expectations. The only delays we encountered were due to weather, and Willie communicated with us at every step. 

We used them this past winter to paint the exterior of our home.  They did an amazing job!!  The crew was polite, helpful
and cleaned up at the end of each day. They worked in our house for a little over a week with minimal disruption.   They arrived when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would.  Willie was on site each day to check his crew's progress and gave us updates daily as to what was going to happen next. We will continue to use CPC for any future work and would definitely recommend
Willie and his crew to anyone looking to have their house painted.  

On a Saturday I emailed the company, with a picture of our front entry, with a request for an estimate. An estimate was emailed back, with the note "if there's any changes or any unforeseen things then they will be additional to the proposal". I had several questions and wanted a firm quote, so he said he would stop by Monday or Tuesday and take a look. He never did, as far as I know, and I have not heard from him. A waste of time.

The team was always punctual, neat and tidy and respectful of our home/furnishings. They began and finished our project on the dates promised. Mr. Caballero started with the team each morning and stayed in touch throughout the day to make certain everything was progressing to our satisfaction. A very good experience overall.

In the 20 years I've lived in my home, I've hired at least six painting contractors. Caballero was the best we've experienced. From estimate to completion, owner Willy Caballero was prompt, responsive, flexible --and a real perfectionist in terms of the quality of his men's work. The crew itself was wonderful --they were very good painters, unobtrusive (spoke quietly and played no music), covered furniture carefully, and cleared away their equipment and trash at the end of every day. Willy was in touch with me often to discuss my preferences and level of satisfaction. Best of all, I felt completely comfortable pointing out areas that needed to be touched up. In the past, I've had painters look at me with daggers when I asked for things to be redone --not so these guys. My project was completed for the amount quoted, (even with some minor additions by me) and on time.  These guys were great. I highly recommend them.

Did a great job.

I had put off having my cedar siding pressure washed and treated much longer than I should have.  A neighbor had just had it done to his home and it looked really good.  I asked him who had done the work and he put me in contact with Willie Caballero of Caballero Painting Contractors.  I contacted him and then signed a contract to do the work.  Willie is a lot of things wrapped up in one package.  He's a very good and very knowledgeable salesman.  On that trait alone he convinced me to select him for the job over two other contractors who were significantly less expensive.  Obviously, I don't know what kind of job either of the other two would have done, but I'm satisfied I made the right decision, and I'm very happy with the results.  Once the contract is signed, Willie keeps you informed every step of the way.  He and his crew arrived when he said they would and did the work efficiently and professionally.  Willie is concientious to a fault; almost annoyingly so - but in a good way.  He is seriously committed to doing the best job he can.
I would not hestitate to use him again or recommend him.

I hired Caballero Painting to paint the exterior of my house. Willie, the owner, was very helpful, knowledgeable and truthful about what needed to be done. The painters were prompt, polite and professional. They did a beautiful job! They even painted 2 doors that weren't in the contract and didn't charge anything extra. I also didn't like the original color I chose for the front door and shutters. I called Willie and told him I didn't like it and he was very accommodating in changing the color to a new one and not charging extra for my mistake. I highly recommend Caballero Painting for the excellent job they did and the professionalism of Willie and his workers.

We called Caballero Painting to give us an estimate on powerwashing and painting the exterior of our house (along w/ two other companies) because we were extremely happy with the work they had done on our deck previously.  The owner performed a thorough inspection, pointed out additional issues that we had missed, and gave us our estimate.  The estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received, but we felt that the quality of his previous work and the time he spent with us during the inspection/estimate weighed in his favor.  The initial work date was pushed back due to weather, but his crew worked over the weekend to get back on schedule.  They did a thorough job and the owner came to the site multiple times to keep an eye on the crew and inspect the work as it  was being completed.   Overall, we were very happy with Caballero Painting.

Overall the project went very well, and was finished in less time than predicted (6 instead of 8 days). Worksite was left spotless everyday and at the end of the project. Rotten boards were replaced whole rather than cut out in sections to ensure complete removal and prevention of rotten wood. Quality of painting throughout was exceptional, with no drips on brick, roof shingles, or grounds. Contractor strictly adhered to environmental regulations.

We've used CPC twice over the last two years. In both instances, CPC didn't the least expensive estimate, but they weren't the most expensive either -- just right in the middle. What set CPC apart was the level of detail the owner would go into when talking about the work his crew would do and the quality of materials his crew would use. We inspected the work areas closely and he pointed out areas for repair that I had initially missed. When work got delayed due to multiple days with rain, his crew came out over the weekend and on Sundays to make sure that everything was finished in a timely manner. The owner continued to visit the work site as progress was made and solicited feedback from us and worked closely with his crew. Overall a very positive experience.
