It was good. They did a great job. I think what was good is that person we purchased a tile from made a calculation error so what should have been a project that was completed all in one installation turned out to be a two-parter because there wasn't enough product. Thankfully, they were able to measure things out here, give us the correct number so we could go back and re-order and then they came back and completed the job in the second days but they did not charge us a fee or anything like that. They were good with the original contract and took care of it. Also it was a glass backsplash so cutting was a little challenging, very precise. There was a couple of pieces that were dinged up originally and they pulled those out and replaced them completely and fixed the work that wasn't done right which was good. So their attention to detail was fantastic.

They're work was fabulous but the gentleman didn't charge me for the one day labor. Instead of $1200 he charged $2200 and it's been a years and I still haven't paid him and he hasn't called me about it. But I would recommend him to others.

All went very smooth, gave me a ballpark price over phone. They came out and were on time did an excellent job and price was under ballpark price.

It went spectacular. They are fantastic. They are professional. They gave an accurate estimate. They showed up on time. They went the extra mile to make everything come out the way we wanted it. They were responsive and answered all our questions.

The company promptly gave me estimates, set the work date, showed up on time, generally finished in one day, and cleaned up impeccably every time. I wish more home improvement companies did the same.

Bill and his crew - no subcontractors used - are responsive, on time, and do the work as if it was their own home. They don't over-order the tile - minimal wastage on every job. Bathrooms and kitchens are done promptly - they know how disruptive this can be to a busy household. Small jobs are done in two days - one to prepare the underlayment and set the tile, the next to grout the work and make sure all is correct. We have never had a tile come up - because they know how important the underlayment step is.

He was an excellent master tile setter. He did a phenomenal job in our master bathroom. He saved us a lot of money in labor by steering us away from the design that we got. He cleaned up after himself.
