The real estate agent for the purchaser's of our home called them back out to tweak some stuff again.
In general, I thought they did good work, though.
It went well. I was pleased that he showed up at the scheduled time because my house was hot and uncomfortable. He looked at the AC unit in the back of the house and did some tests. He determined it was not getting enough electricity and checked the
electrical box in the basement and turned on the switch. He was professional and knew how to do his job. I was pleased with the results of the technician.

I had a pipe seal fail which resulted in a bad water leak, right where I had mold eradicated! I called on Friday and they sent a tech that afternoon. He did a temporary repair to stop the leak and came back Monday to do a permanent fix.
I did experience a glitch with the duct cleaning/enviro treatment I asked them to perform. There was a miscommunication regarding scheduling. I was impressed with the way they handled the matter.

My mothers a/c was froze up and she had no a/c. The system was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. They sent out Philip to give use some prices and options. We selected the Luxaire instead of the Carrier. They would not be able to install the complete system for a week and my 83 year old mother had no a/c. They went out of there way and added Freon the next day so my mother would not be in any discomfort and collected the down payment. I did not ask them to do that. Out of the kindness of their heart they did it. It's not like we are around the corner either. We lived in Loudoun County. They had to travel all the way from Vienna. It is suppose to be more efficient and has the same warranty at the Carrier model. Also, it was $600 less than the name brand. I'm not taking away anything from Luxaire. The system looks great. They showed up on time and were very professional. They had the complete system done by 4:30 pm. The place was immaculate. Everything was left clean and with not even a wire or piece of tape left. I was impressed.
You could not ask for anything better. We will use them as our go to company.

Initial call and visit were both Monday (quick!!), and they installed the water heater when my husband could work from home on Wednesday. Very quick, professional, and clean.
I like this company--they are honest and fair, and I don't feel like I'm being fed a line from them when I use them.
