First installer arrived separately from another installer, who bought the new air conditioner and coil. Respectful of floors (carpets), wore slippers over shoes and put down cloth to protect carpet. Work went well and the first installer gave me information books and had me sign paperwork after I checked their work.

Using Air Treatment 11 years, technicians are always professional, cleanup and give you all the options you may need. The technicians are well trained and knowledgeable with their jobs.

We had some other work done on our home which resulted in the discovery that our chimney flue was rusted out.  We called the Air Treatment Company to give us an estimate of the cost of repair.  We were able to schedule a technician within a week.  The technician reported that there was extensive rusting internally in our furnace and the repair cost would be considerable.  We decided to replace the furnace.  The technician was on time, laid down drop cloths to protect the floors and carpets which we appreciate.  We're happy with the new furnace which works well.  All the staff and technicians that we interacted with were courteous.  The work order that the technician came with was different than the invoice that my husband signed.  Because of that, the technician was missing a few parts.  Everything was rectified to our complete satisfaction, it just took extra time.  For example, the installer did not have the carbon monoxide detector on his work order.  A technician came back and installed it later.
