Masonry Work
We discussed everything how it was supposed to be. There were supposed to 6" risers, he made a mistake and they are only 3" risers. So it is easy to go up, but very hard to go down, since there is no space to step. He totally trashed my yard in the process; it took me a week to clean it up. I have not been able to get a hold of him since he left. I paid him up front, he gave me a huge spiel about his integrity and he would never want to damage his name. Ever since, he has not finished or corrected my stairs and will not answer the phone. He was supposed to acid wash off the brick and the mortar started to crack two weeks after he did it.
