Our old heat pumps were not doing the job, and since replacement parts were no longer available and they used freon that is being phased out, we decided to replace ours. They arrived on time, put down carpet protector and had both units replaced by that afternoon. The entire team was very professional and did the job as I would expect.
They may be a bit pricey but if you want the A/C job done right with no headaches, I'd recommend them.

they did not tell me what the cost was until after the serviceman was done. they had gone way up on charges from the previous time i used them. rediculous to charge so much for such an easy job, and when i called the office it was a "oh well" type of attitude......"oh well, won't use you again"!!

E and E Plumbing and Heating responded quickly to my request to come out and view the job. They got a quote back to me in a very timely manner. I was real pleased with that. Ultimately the job was bigger than what they wanted to quote on so I went with another provider. They were very responsive, they were right on time and they were right about business. They were polite and courteous and did a nice job of the quote.

Kirk supervised the operation which took 30 days. He came by almost every day and was available for questions at any time. He was present when the plumber and electrician were at our house. The carpenter, Jeff was great too. He was extremely professional, and we hardly noticed his presence. Both Kirk and Jeff went "beyond the call" to make things just right for us.
I hold E and E Plumbing in the highest regard and would recommend them to anyone looking for a top of the line professional job.

The work they did was fine, though they used plastic pipe on a system that is all copper. The problem I had was their price was way too high.
I had them to clean my oil furnace. A little later that season I had problems with the furnace and called them back. The problem was the nozzle had to be replaced. I told them they did a cleaning in the Fall and should have changed the nozzle. They said they don't change the nozzle when the do a cleaning. In my experience that is part of a cleaning. I will not call them again.

"Customer requested an estimate for work on 4/2/10, estimate was no charge, called back with prices of $475 to move radiator, $149 to service boiler, $85 to repair leak, total of $709. Work was approved and done on 4/6/2010. We use oxygen barrier pex pipe for moving radiators in cusotmer homes, it is easier to work with than copper. The nozzle in his boiler was replaced and it was checked for preseaon. The customer called back on 12/8/2010 with a heating problem. This is in the heating season but we were able to get to him the same day he called. We determined that the unit needed some additional work and quoted him $165 for the work. Both prices were quoted before the work was done."

They're very good. I have a yearly contract with them to service my heating and air twice a year. They are very thorough and let you know when things aren't right. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

Their price is high and I'm going to look for someone new this fall. They put the equipment in when the house was built and I've just kind of stuck with them. They come twice a year. They installed a faucet in the wrong direction. They came right back out and fixed it. I have no complaints about the work. The price is just to high. The neighbors go to a gentleman that I may go with. They are good people. I don't really have any problem with them.
