Great! Larry did a super job - as the whole Wacker team always does! In the past he also did a great repair job on my basement sump pump- fixed it so I didn't have to replace it- and rerouted a pipe so it would work more efficiently. They have years of experience and we have used them exclusively for well over 20 years! THE BEST!

Wacker plumbing did a wonderful job from the first interaction with their scheduler to the install itself. They were able to get the new unit in stock within a day, and were ready to install it the next. Mark and Ben arrived on time (actually a bit early after calling first to confirm that would be OK). They completed their work quickly and in a highly professional manner. They kept to their price quote even after running into a few areas requiring work beyond a typical install.

Highly ethical plumber, Eric, tried to fix the old disposal even though I was prepared to buy a new one. Once it was determined that the proverbial ship had sailed on that, he diligently installed the new device. Clean, efficient, polite. I'll be asking for Eric again when we replace our faucets soon, and when the kitchen renovation gets moving next year.

They are always prompt. They work fast, do not waste time. They seem to love their work. The woman who answers their phone is very helpful about plumbing questions, etc.

Fantastic.  I called and left a message on a Sunday and they returned my call first thing Monday (today), with an appt for the afternoon.  Jamal showed up right on time.  He was friendly and VERY professional.  He performed the work quickly and efficiently, carefully checking for leaks after the work was complete.  Very satisfied.  I have a new plumber.

My old sump pump was intermittent.  Sometimes it didn't come on even though water was rising in the pump well -- had previously had a basement flood (about 12 years ago) due to a dead sump pump, and I wanted to be proactive.  Better replace it too soon rather than too late.
Technician was friendly and professional, and was able to put in the new Zoeller pump quickly.  Works great.

Everything went perfectly. They arrived on time, removed the old water heater, installed the new one, hauled the old one away, tested the new one. They were punctual, careful, efficient.

We called to request a quote and requested same day service for installing new plumbing for our kitchen sink, they sent a plumber out within minutes!! They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The initial (over-the-phone) estimate was for 2 hours but they managed to finish up in a hour and half.

It was pretty reasonable. We've used them in the past and we keep going back to them because we know them and they know us.

Service staff when you call are are super nice and helpful, easy to make a convenient appointment. Plumber, Bryan, a very experienced plumber, arrived promptly and was very nice, very experienced and knowledgeable man. He did the work efficiently, neatly did not try an up sell things and it was a pleasure to talk with and have him do the work. Wacker Plumbing is excellent in my opinion and I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed. Great people and a great company !

Woke to the sound of running water flooding from an inside closet into my main hallway.  I stopped the leak by cutting all water to my house.  That valve was in the aforementioned closet.  
I called Wacker , told the dispatcher I had an emergency, and asked if she could get a plumber here quickly.  She said she'd call me back, and did, within a few minutes.  Bryan arrived about 30 minutes later. 
 He knew immediately that the pressure reducing valve was the culprit.  He first tried the least costly option of replacing an O-ring.  When that didn't work, he replaced the entire valve.  This solved the problem.  As a courtesy, he also winterized my two outside hose connections. (These had nothing to do with my main problem.)  
I can't speak highly enough about Wacker's responsiveness and Bryan's professionalism.  This was a true emergency and they had it fixed in about 90 minutes from the time of my initial call.  I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat.
