This was the spring check-up for the heating/furnace system AND air conditioning. James was the technician: very professional, very courteous and very neat. We have been a loyal customer since 1997 and repeatedly renew our service contract because I TRUST THEM TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. I have seldom needed emergency service but on the few occasions that I have, Snell came to the rescue. Thanks!

Central A/C Service or Repair
We put our HVAC a couple of years ago from Snell. They have been great to deal with installing and servicing the unit. Loyd did the service today and was very professional and knowledgable. He went beyond the service call to help us understand how to get the best performance from the unit. He's also good with dogs :)

Arrived when expected and called in advance with a time update. Troubleshoot problem with humidifier and installed a new (replacement) humidistat. Tested the system to ensure it was working properly and explained the operation to me to obtain the desired humidity during winter months. The work was performed in a professional manner and the Snell tech left the area clean. He also wore shoe coverings (protective) inside to avoid tracking any exterior dirt inside the house. Very satisfied.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
Velimir from Snell heating came by on 12/4 to take a look at my furnace which had stopped working. He was very polite and professional and took his time to explain to me what the problem was and what he recommended. He did not nickel and dime me and offered me a solution that would not cost me hundreds of dollars. I will not go into detail about our private conversation, however, I will say that he was honest and gave me good advice on what I should do. He also accepted coupons that I found online. He definitely earned my trust and future business.

One of the best service calls I have received from any contractor or company, The Snell tech did a thorough check and service of my gas furnace, cleaned and activated my humidifier with new filter, and took the time to explain & answer my questions. The furnace and the surrounding area was spotless when he was done. I was totally impressed and decided to sign up for the annual service plan. Outstanding job!!!

Velimir performed a thorough service and maintenance for our HVAC system. He answered all questions clearly and suggested handy tips - things we were unaware of - to keep our system in good running order. We were very impressed with Velimir and the quality of service. I was very pleased with the service from Snell. I chose them based on the fact that they got rave reviews from both Home Advisor and Angie's List. I appreciated the professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail of both the support staff and the technician. The technician, Kevin, found the problem with my AC quickly, and I was grateful that it involved a repair rather than replacement. He was courteous, knowlegeable and efficient. I signed up for a regular service contract with Snell, and will use them for future work, as well as recommend them to others.

Good service, did the work fast, but there were a few small items we'd agreed to verbally but not put into the contract that didn't get done. We called to ask, and they promised to follow up but never did. Live and learn: get it in writing. Outside of that, no complaints.
