The tech was very meticulous and installation was done beyond my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and relatives for I am very impressed at the work done at the price. I only had to pay extra for some of the cables which were of a high grade and did not cost an arm and a leg. He explained how to operate the system and use remotes which work in unison with each component. SUCH A HIGH QUALITY INSTAL!!!

RUM AV Solutions performed excellent work from start to finish. Mr. Oral provided me with an estimate for the work after discussing the project and explaining what needed to be done. He was very accommodating in scheduling the work. When he arrived, he was fully prepared and completed the work in a highly and professional manner. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in every respect. The cost of the work was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and RUM for any AV project you may have inside or outside your home. I do plan to use RUM for a future project.

Abbey and the Omar at RUM AV have installed a fantastic home theater system in my apartment - it looks awesome and the sound and picture quality is excellent. We hit a couple of snags during the installation process, but Abbey was attentive throughout and persevered until the system was perfect. I am very pleased my setup and am happy to recommend RUM AV

He was amazing! Nice guy, very knowledgeable and helpful with service. He made some great recommendations and trusted his judgment for an even better end result once tv was mounted:). I will use him in the future. He even said he would be happy to have me contact him if any problems arised for help. I recommend him to a few neighbors and will continue to refer him. I would also use him for any future IT installations when I purchase a new house.

Abbey, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, and definitely exceeded my expectations. I contact him looking for same day service to install two flat screen TVs. Not only was he able to fit me in his schedule, but he was also very prepared. I had my own mounts for my televisions, but he was able to forewarn me that one of my mounts was not fit for the TV. He had mounts for sale that were sturdy enough for the heavy tv. Both jobs were very neat. He cleaned up the drywall after drilling and etc. and he set up both televisions to existing services/cords. He even helped to put the heavy furniture back into place for me. The final positive is that his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

It went fantastic!! My tech answered every question I had before my appointment as well as provided detailed info on services. My tech called and emailed me, to let me know he was arriving early, (can't beat that)! Once he arrived, he made sure to verify where the tv should be mounted and made suggestions as well. He's so professional, extremely nice and worked effortlessly to get the job done. I highly recommend this company!!
