Their services was fine. The employee was courteous and polite. He reviewed my problem and gave me options. He even offered to make other repairs that were needed. I did not move forward with their service for the repairs because the price was too high compared to other bids I received. They were professional.

My home was burned in October. While we were waiting for the electrical work to be completed, I called Pure Air Service to clean my ventilation system. I have oil heat that will produce black soot and to mention the black soot produced from the fire. They cleaned the ventilation system and gave me a 25% discount out of generosity because of my situation. They came out again to ensure that no additional black soot would come in the home. We have experienced no problems with the service. They were here when they said they would. I would recommend their services.

We used Pure Air Service 6 years ago, this was a repeat service after we had major A/C repairs completed. We scheduled over the phone and the three man crew arrived as promised before 8:30am. They setup a large vacuum unit in the laundry room that draws air from ducts while they move to each vent in the system to snake compressed air lines through the ducts. They also vacuumed each vent opening and floor register. Since our ducts already had the access holes cut, they were able to finish the work in less than 2 hours.

One of the crew members, Nixon, handled all the explainations. He seemed to be the only one who spoke english proficiently. He explained that the former owner, who had performed the service previously, sold the business 3-4 years ago and retired (he is still pictured on their postcards). They were careful to not let our pets out while they moved from room to room. They placed a sticker on the furnace indicating the service should be performed again in August, 2014. Our ducts were very dirty and now seem to be clean again. We're satisfied with the service.

When all the feeder ducts were done, I removed one of the floor registers and discovered a fist-sized ball of dirty lint in the duct. I pointed this out to the lead technician, Nixon, and he spent another half hour extensively vacuuming the ductwork adjacent to all floor ducts until all ducts were cleaned to my satisfaction AND at no extra charge. I am quite pleased with their work. However, I wish they had a better system of quality control to avoid the situation that we encountered.

They were very timely. That was positive. I think from a price stand point they were very competitive.

Estimate was given, and after a few messages back and forth a date and time was set. I was told by two different people during the first phone call and appointment scheduling, that the vent covers would be taken off to clean the vents. The crew showed up and performed their job; however, they only removed the intake vent covers none of the wall covers. The tool they used to blow the air through the vent covers bent a couple of my slats in the covers. I called the office inquiring about why they didn't remove any of the covers, kind of questioning "did I get what I paid for," and to mention that there is obvious slats that are bent (and I have not been able to get them back to their original state). I was told he would talk to the crew and get back with me. That was weeks ago, and I have never heard anything back.

This is the second time I've used this company. The appointment was scheduled less than a week after I called. The workers were pleasant and fast. I was concerned especially about all the lint in my laundry room and they discovered that the vent was disconnected in two places. I got discounts on both services and was pleased with their work.

First job went perfectly. Second job I thought was a little sloppier. Two post-job vent plugs were left out and the cover to my furnace filter was left off. They also may have missed one room (if so, my fault as much as their's). Problems were minor and I fixed them myself.

The owner and his two assistants were prompt and courteous. They did a very good job, as far as I could tell, but my ducts were in pretty good shape anyway. The owner explained each step, but he sure did like to talk. In fact he ''talked down'' to me, and was a very poor listener. I had told him that we had no pets, did not smoke and did not have children. When it was obvious that the ducts were in good shape, he would ask if we smoked. He also argued with me about the furnace filters I was using and wouldn't listen to my explanation.
