Christian from Perfect Landscapes met with us and presented ideas of similar projects they had done before.  We kicked a few ideas around and Christian came back with a design and price that was perfect.  They started the work on time and worked very hard.  Had a slight problem as the design was not followed quite to plan on one side but that was addressed as soon as I mentioned the issue.
Really looking forward to the summer to see the new work in its glory.

Very responsive staff.  Received an estimate promptly, the lawn work has been done professionally in a timely manner.  It looks great, nice work. 

I had to leave town and the work was done when I got back. All work was done to my specifications. I couldn't be happier with the new look.

Regarding the patio, we are very pleased with the workmanship and quality although at the time we thought the price a little high.  The quote for the wall however was considerably higher than others and than what we expected.  We did not use them for the wall.

We contacted Perfect Landscapes based on reviews on Angies List. They have been doing Lawn Care work for us for the past year. They are a little on the expensive side but the quality and professionalism is well worth the extra cost. The owner, Chris, is very nice to work with and very professional with writing up detailed contracts and responding to our numerous questions through phone and email with lots of patience. Many neighbors have commented on how great the lawn looks which attests to Prefect Landscapes professionalism and dedication. Overall, we are very happy with Perfect Landscapes.

Outstanding. I made a call for an estimate and the final was the same. I did make an adjustment to the work and Larry quickly modified the contract estimate which I signed and returned. Larry came to the house with two professional workers who were great, very knowledgeable, and courteous. The work was accomplished in a full day and the result was outstanding. My family has been admiring the yard and now planting our herbs and vegetables.Will definitely use them again as we are planning something for our front yard. Well worth the call for their work. Thank you.

I signed up for weekly lawn service based on the other excellent ratings here. They do an ok job - show up reliably for a reasonable price, and will cancel with no charge during July/Aug when it doesn't need to be cut weekly. My main complaint is that they have a huge, industrial type mower, more suited to commercial property than a residential lawn; thus there are some smaller areas that just aren't getting cut. (between plantings/ between trees, around some edges) I realize the problem is that these areas are too small for the large, industrial-type mowers to fit in, and likely too big for the string trimmer, but as I said to Perfect Landscapes, I believe I signed up to cut ALL the grass, not just the middle of the lawn. It's become more of a problem now since there are leaves covering the area, and the grass is about dead from the leaves sitting there for weeks. They also seem pretty aggressive about soliciting these reviews; someone in the front office emailed me about a week after I'd signed up wanting me to put my entry in. Maybe Angie is paying them. ha.

Used their mowing services all season. They do a terrific job and are very responsive to special requests.

They did a great job. They were very professional. They followed up with everything as asked. They ordered the right plans. They helped us to re-locate the plants we had. They also relocated a tree that wasn't in the estimate, and they didn't charge us extra. They were pretty expensive.

As mentioned above, we have been ongoing customers for over 10 years. We know we can depend on them for whatever landscaping project we have for them. Please disregard the completion date & how much we spent. Since we are ongoing customers, we can't put a date or price on their services, but this site wouldn't allow us to submit the report with any blanks.

I've never had any problems with them. They continue to do a good job. We'll continue to use them in the future.

Rather then coming up with an estimate, they came up with a line item total for all the different areas of the yard that they wanted us to do therefore nickeling and diming it. The work they did was fine but we would not use them again because of the way they did business.

They are very, very good. If there is something that isn't right, he'll fix it immediately. We'll continue to use them.

My Initial Review from 2009 with an A rating:  "I think they are slightly high on price but they are always on time, always punctual and do a good job. Because of this I don't mind paying for the consistency. The approximate cost listed is just for the grass cutting for the month. Any fertilizing, etc. is on an a la carte basis."

My update rating for 2016 is a C:  I think for the price I was paying for the lawn care service over the years I was not receiving a lot of "bang for the buck" in terms of customer service.  I made a decision to switch vendors and allow someone else the opportunity.  I had several issues with this company --  I had some disagreement with the company about the overall health of my lawn following a chemical accident by one of their employees which damaged the lawn, and their insurance companies attempts to remedy the issue. I asked them to replace a deteriorating drain cover in the front yard because I was worried one of the kids might put their foot through it & they did not follow through. I showed them a small patch of grass in a healthy part of the lawn that inexplicably died and they never followed through on a repair. I ended up going to Lowes getting some grass seed and doing it myself. They were supposed to provide a drainage proposal to help remedy some of the issues with my lawn and they simply never followed up - that's when I started soliciting bids/proposals from other contractors and made a switch.

They were apologetic for "dropping the ball" on responsiveness. They are courteous and I like everyone at the company personally.  For me however, lawn maintenance should be a pay & not worry about it deal.  I don't have a lot of time to drive on chasing down follow-ups and requests and need a vendor that is proactive.  I don't mind paying a higher price for services, or making additional investments, but need to feel like a priority.  I provided this feedback to Perfect Landscapes and we had a good conversation about it.  Good folks - but from my personal experience need to improve a bit on responsiveness and customer service. NOTE: I still have my holiday lights contract with them. 

I remember that it was a good experience but that they were expensive, because of this I didn't go back to them again.

Terrific level of professionalism. The jobs were performed par excellence. This was my 4th and final landscaping and garden company.

THIS IS A OVERALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SECURE COMPANY. THE COMPANY DOES A EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING UP THE TREES WHEN THE WORK IS COMPLETED. THEY TREAT ME WELL AS A CUSTOMER.
