About us

Our goal is to protect our clients' interest by providing a thorough and detailed inspection of the property. Safeguarding our clients' investment is our priority. We provide residential home inspections, commercial building inspections, pre-drywall inspections, radon gas testing, and mold sampling. Home Inspectors at NextDay Inspect® are licensed by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) and the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (DLLR). Upon completing the on-site inspection the inspector will prepare a report, including photographs taken at the property, and arrows with commentary detailing the areas of concern. Specialized tools are used to ensure a thorough inspection of the properties components. Some of these tools are thermometer, moisture & humidity meter, thermal infrared camera, outlet tester. We have an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Services we don't offer

We do not perform repair work on any deficient items that are discovered. We are a neutral party that will inspect and report on the condition of the components, equipping the client with the necessary information to make an informed decision. We do provide post-mitigation testing for radon and mold and re-inspections to verify that repair work has been completed.

I hired NextDay Inspect to perform home inspection on my first home. My inspector was Keith Pulley. NextDay inspect was very responsive prior to and after my inspection. Keith did a very thorough job of inspecting my three-floor townhome and offered to answer any questions I may have while he was inspecting. Whenever I did have a question, he was very thorough and thoughtful with his answers. He put my mind at ease that I was going to be able to manage my first home investment. Their price was also reasonable compared to the other home inspection services in the area.

The structural/electrical/plumbing inspector was fantastic. He spent over 4 hours going through every inch of the home, provided immediate in-person feedback showing significant issues, and followed up <48 hours later (on a holiday weekend) with a 133-page report with pictures, thermal scans, etc. On a lesser note, the radon inspector showed for a few minutes during the structural inspection and set-up measurements in the basement. The report was issued quickly but I found out later that the radon inspector had not taken into consideration the attached (inaccessible) crawlspace that made up 25% of the lower structure. I found out from a radon remediation contractor that the state code required the radon inspector to measure levels on the 1st floor above the crawlspace in cases where the substructure could not be accessed. Overall, the huge amount of time the structural inspector put into the property was worth the A rating. Just watch the radon inspection if you have a strange basement set-up like the house I am purchasing.
