JARED GALLERIA OF JEWELRY

My fiancés band is now being remade for the 3rd time. My ring is on it's 22nd image and 5th ring. To top it off. We received a call from our case manager handling the situation. She basically called to tell us that since they can't seem to give us what we want that we can have a refund and take our business elsewhere! Who does this?? This is the first company that flat out says," we can't make you a quality ring...sorry....here's your money back, bye!" Despite my effort to try and explain that it's not us that seems to be the problem and that its Jared that has made endless mistakes, we got no where in our conversation. She finished off by saying that she has no idea how long it will take to finish the ring and basically making us feel like they aren't even goin to try and make it right. I'm just mind blown that Jared's is blaming their customers who have spent thousands of dollars at their establishment for the mistakes that THEY have clearly done. Just sad and it disgusts me. I do not recommend this place. Horrible customer service and quality. Our hope is that we have someone that might fight for us at Jared's and help us get our dream rings. We thought we had tons of support from the sales clerks but we seem to have learned from our customer service manager "Brandy" that she spoke with Jared's and they feel the same way. They feel they just can't give us what we want. I'm so sorry that I want a ring that doesn't look like it was done with a shaker hand. I want a smooth band. I want an even band. I want a professional looking ring. That makes ME the problem? Just wow. There is one person is hasn't been amazing and I hope she stay safe on our side. If you go to Sterling ask for Loubna. She is the only one who has truly worked hard to help us finish this painstaking process.
