"We do apologize that at this time of the year we are busy and appointments can be a few weeks out and unfortunately, until we go out to assess a job we have no idea of the scope of the work and whether or not it is a job we feel comfortable bidding on. As for our “cable hours” we do schedule our appointments in blocks. Our technicians have multiple appointments during the day and since we have no way of knowing how long each estimate will take, as well as trying not to rush any of our customers or our technicians, we give a time frame as to when our tech will arrive. When our technician had met with this homeowner, she had informed him that they tried to paint the deck roof and requested that we install the Duradek over the existing and asked that we work around the rails and posts. To properly install the Duradek we would need to start from scratch. We would need to remove the old plywood and reframe with the correct slope. The reframing would require a carpenter which is why we had to inform the homeowner that this job is out of the scope of work that we can handle. Improper installation of the Duradek would void any warranty."
They did a great job. They were a lot cheaper then the other bidder. I got a letter from the president of the firm saying if I ad a questions ask him. They came out quickly. We ha a few questions they came right out looked and told us no problem. It was thorough and professional and reasonable.
