"We were in contact with this customer a number of days prior to his emergency appointment. He requested an appointment to be done on specific day only, and we worked to fit him in since we were fully booked. Throughout the communication prior to the appointment, he never requested an estimate, and we would have given him an estimate range for every service (nest removal, cleaning, and bird cage install) had he asked. We provide such estimates several times each day. Of course, it's impossible to give a firm price without an inspection. Most of our customers understand that choosing a dryer vent cleaner on price does not often represent the best value. We often follow the cheap dryer vent cleaners around, fixing the damage they caused or the problems they created. We are a full-service dryer vent maintenance, service and solutions provider, as indicated by this review. We inspect the entire vent line, remove unsanitary bird nest debris, clean the vent fully (not just blow it out or do what we can see from the outside) and then recommend products like code-compliant bird cages to ensure our customers' dryer vent systems remain as safe and effective as possible. Obviously, this customer was not looking for 'full service,' and that's okay."

Your safety is our priority at all times and we are looking into this issue to ensure it doesn't happen again. The call center was unable to estimate the cost of your service at the time of your booking because they are not dryer vent technicians but call center representatives. We price each customers job when on location according to the specific needs of each individual."
"Glad to hear our tech was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable, and this customer's dryer vent system is safe and running well again. We were a bit surprised to see all "Fs" on the review, and because of this, felt it necessary to respond. Mr. [Member Name Removed] had his dryer vent serviced on 3/6. It was a very windy day in our area, and so, we directed our techs to clean all vents from the inside rather than working from a ladder. Because of this, we were unable to perform an airflow reading after cleaning at the exterior termination, which would have alerted us that the vent may need more cleaning. On 3/12, Mr. [Member Name Removed] called our call center with complaint that his dryer wasn't heating. We apologize that it took a few days for us to respond, but once we did, we were accountable for the issue by paying for an appliance repair tech of Mr. [Member Name Removed]' choice to ensure that his dryer was working well and had just had a safety switch triggered. We managed the issue further by returning to Mr. [Member Name Removed]' house and cleaning the vent again to ensure all was resolved. We accept a bad grade for Responsiveness, as we delayed in responding to Mr. [Member Name Removed]. Once we spoke to him, though, we handled the situation quickly and effectively. We would hope that Mr. [Member Name Removed] would reconsider his "F" grades for punctuality, price, professionalism and quality, especially after we explained why the vent needed re-cleaning (wind and ladders create an unsafe environment for our techs, and so, we were unable to test the airflow)."

"Sir, I am sorry for this inconvenience our technicians are usually pretty good at cleaning up after them self. I can send one of my guys over to take pictures and then if we cant clean it we can pay to have someone clean it for you. In regards to pricing when I gave you the estimate I mentioned that after the technician does his 10 point inspection they will give you a more concrete price. Looking at your invoice you had minimal air flow in your line so that is why it was higher then the estimate.
