Great! Mark K. was on time and ended up needing to spend most of the day here to get all of the work done. Was able to find the leak source quickly (had to cut through a wall to do that). Filtration system was installed with no issues. Mark was very friendly and professional. I've used Cardinal on several occasions and have found the service consistently excellent. The cost was not bad, but plumbers are not cheap, which is why I gave that a C for average / to be expected.

The project went extremely well and the plumber discovered that I had to replace my original builder grade piping which drove the price up but overall I am satisfied.

We heard from Cardinal less than an hour after claiming the deal, and the plumber, Tommy, was at the house not more than an hour after that. I decided after consulting to expand the scope of the work to replacing all of the cutoff valves in all the bathroom sinks - a total of six - and he showed me on his iPad the parts that they use and their cost. He was back early the next morning and finished in short order. Cardinal is now our go-to for plumbing services.

Cardinal responded quickly to my Angie’s List request for an estimate to repair a leak on my main water line. They sent out a technician to work up a quote and explain the possible options depending on where the leak was located. Once I accepted the quote they were quick to schedule a team to come out the next day. The weather cooperated and they were able to dig down and locate the leak in short order. The team was able to make the necessary repair and then fill back in the sizable hole they had to dig. Because of the recent rains, in addition to the leak, it was a little bit of a muddy mess but they did a great job of putting the yard back together, seeding the grass and general clean up. I appreciate Cardinal for their responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to work with me regarding financing.

Overall great; I supplied some of the hardware (specialty mixing valve), one of which failed the pressure test. Tech (Larry) had to come back at nominal fee (very reasonable) once Moen had replaced my valve; Larry gave me great system q/c and walked through everything I needed to think of in finishing my project. Great to work with and very helpful throughout. Would definitely work with Cardinal again.

I called Cardinal Plumbing, Heating & AC about my kitchen sink fawcet. They scheduled a plumber to come out the next afternoon. He took my fawcet apart and located the faulty part. Since the fawcet make is a Blanco, he said he would try to locate a replacement even though the fawcet is about 12 years old. While on the call he also repaired a leaky outside fawcet on my front porch and repaired a fawcet in my master bathroom sink. Nick returned the next morning with a replace part for the kitchen sink fawcet and installed it. It now works just fine. I let him know that I am a senior and he gave me the discount. Nick was friendly, courteous and professional.

Daniel arrived within the promised time window, gave me options for replacing the toilet or just fixing the wax seal. I chose to just fix the seal. He completed the job, put clear caulk around the base of the toilet and cleaned up. Unfortunately I bought a $30 "Deal" from Angie's list which gave me $30 off the price which was no deal at all. This meant there was no flexibility to get any discount from Cardinal.

Nick was prompt, courteous, responsive, and professional. We are pleased with his work and also that he wore shoe covers when he entered the house and left the work area clean and neat. First of all, the company called me in advanced to tell me that Larry was on his way. He was prompt and professional. Our problem was difficult to diagnosis, but Larry wouldn't stop until he resolved it. He was the second plumber we had come out. The first one wasn't able to fix the problem. He also took the time to explain things to me. Larry also went above and beyond what he was hired to do, and fixed some other issues while he was there, just out of customer service. We have found ourselves a plumber for all of our future jobs.

I am writing a follow up review to say how terrific this company is! I had an issue with my shower and Mark, from Cardinal, came out to fix it. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. I called Cardinal back and Mark was out again within 24 hours (on a Saturday morning!) and my issue was resolved immediately. Thanks so much to Mark and his team for wonderful service! The lady who answered the phone refused to do anything or patch me through to anyone without my name and phone number. It was really unpleasant to deal with her, it was almost like talking to a robot. I've never experienced that before, it sounded like an answering service, I bet if I'd gotten through to one of the service people it would have been great.

Highly recommend! Tommy was great....not only did he replaced two stubborn hose bibs that were concreted into the foundation but also inspected hot water heater and identified the expansion tank had been incorrectly installed by the builder and was rusting out. Averted a future water leak in our house! Appreciate his diligence!

First appointment was May 21 between 4 and 6 PM. I waited two hours and no one showed up. Frustrated but I called and gave another try and the appointment was May 29 between 1 and 3 PM. Again, I waited two hours but no one showed up. When my wife called Cardinal Plumbing, the lady answering the call responded with "it was only 25 minutes passed 3 PM"; when my wife asked why no one showed up, she said she didn't know and even replied we could just wait longer and someone could be there. Cardinal Plumbing is very unprofessional and doesn't respect people's time. They don't contact you when no one is coming to the appointment. When you call, they will tell you that if you wait longer, eventually someone will show up without specific time. After wasting my two hours twice, I will not use them again.

Monday, 5/21. I just wanted to say that Daniel Gallardo of Cardinal just finished all of my plumbing projects today. I kept him here for most of the day. He's wonderful. He is very professional and does excellent work. Keen attention to detail. Don't let the cost scare you away....i had him do a lot of work. He was here for over 5 hours.
