After purchasing the deal, I was almost immediately contacted.  I told the owner what needed to be done and then he told me what type of faucet I should buy.  An appointment was scheduled and the worker arrived.  He was on time and very courteous.  There was a small problem because I have a corner vanity and the handles of the new faucet were too long (my fault since I had bought it), but the worker sent a picture to the owner and got instructions on how to install it.  It worked out perfectly.  Afterward, I got a call asking if everything was working to my satisfaction.  I was very happy with Cardinal Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

My first contact last week with company I was told they were busy and could not make it out. I was given other names of company to call. I had no luck...I was told to call cardinal back. The gentlemen sound nice and was going to squeeze me in way later in the day. I had to accept it. Although I needed help because I already had small flood from toilet and we already went a day without no water usage. In the meantime, I found someone's that could come out. I called cardinal to cancel. More issues turned up that the other plumber couldn't do big job. I call cardinal back 2 days later and kept getting answering service - left messages 1/31 and Saturday.
I called today 2/2/15 because no one returns call. I speak with gentlemen and ask why I didn't get call back and he says sorry we are busy. I ask can I schedule today and he says we are still busy until Friday.
I felt like that wasn't true and that I was getting the brush off. I said "never mind, I thought your rating on angie's list was an A rating". I hung up and wont call them again.

The two plumbers arrived within 15 minutes of their arranged time.  They were polite, respectful and friendly. They explained what they would do and what was in/out of scope of the coupon.  They quoted on site for another piece of work.  And they were in/out within an hour.  I'm originally from the mid-west- so I always think NoVA prices are a bit outrageous so I always think prices are high here in general- but overall it was a very pleasant experience interacting with the servicemen and we would use them again for other work.

NO PIPE LEAKS WERE FOUND--NICOLI THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE A ROOFING ISSUE. SO NOW I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND A WHOLE IN MY CEILING! BUT I KNOW ITS NOT A PLUMBING ISSUE.

HIGHLY recommended! Was delighted to get a Sat. morning appointment since we were without hot water- I had figured I'd be put off until Monday like most other plumbing/HVAC folks have done in past late-week calls. Danny arrived promptly, repaired our two major problems (turned out to be pretty quick fixes for him, fortunately) and then proceeded to work until we literally ran out of stuff for him to fix, all within the 2 hours. He was very polite, clean, and compared to other plumbers I've hired, Danny clearly showed a lot of skill and experience. He was happy to show us what he'd done and how we can maintain it. He also insisted on using only his own equipment- can't tell you how many times contractors have asked me for a tool, ladder, etc. I was delighted with the work done and so was my husband- and he is NOT easily pleased. Paid a whopping $35 for parts. Again, highly recommended.

I have a leaking pipe in my basement. Cardinal is fully booked and wouldn't be able to get out for a few days. But, the man I spoke with went out of his way to provide a couple of referrals and was very friendly and helpful. I'll call them for sure next time I have a non-emergency plumbing need. The plumber showed up at a good time.  He was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm and he actually arrived about 15 minutes after 2pm which was great.  He was able to find where the leak was coming from and fixed the issue.  He was very polite and professional.  I will definitely use Cardinal Plumbing in the future.

Our half bath toilet would run constantly. The previous owners of our house tried to do a quick-fix on a running toilet and did not do a good job.  We needed to replace the the flush valve and a few other parts in the toilet to make it flush properly without running afterwards.  I called on a Thursday and they were out at 8am the following Monday.  The job only took about 30 minutes, so the price seemed a little high for such an easy fix, but I guess that's fairly standard for labor.

The service and quality of work performed was excellent.  The work was performed well within the time allotted and I will definitely use Cardinal Plumbing in the future and I highly recommend them.

These guys are great.  The guy who came out was totally professional - checked everything for the smell but was unfortunately unable to find it as the smell was not existent when they were there.  It was likely from outside as it hasn't happened since.

While they were there, I asked them to look at a toilet that didn't flush properly and a drain that was clogged.  They fixed both and I am really happy.  They neatly put things back under the sink and were really nice.

I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I called and spoke with Danny, the VP. He was actually able to come the same day and in fact, early! Very nice guy. Clog was about 30 feet down but he went ahead and snaked down 60 just to make sure things were good to go for a while.

Service was good. Provided pointed out we had purchased the wrong deal on Angie's List so we purchased the correct deal for the service needed and request a refund for this deal as it was not the correct deal for the service needed.

Everything went very well and they were very responsive.

Nikolai did great work. He cut through some dry wall to inspect the plumbing and confirmed that it wasn't the issue. He was so efficient that he had leftover time from the deal purchased and used it to install replacement toilet internals.
