Representative understood what was wrong with the kitchen sink's leak and recommended that I call the manufacturer to request a free replacement (lifetime guarantee!?).  More importantly, he immediately recognized what was wrong with my shower; "bad washer(s) on the wrong stems" from work done by another company, one year ago.  Now that it's all replaced, everything works perfectly.

It went okay, honestly. It was a while ago but I remembered it went just okay. The guy came in and he was trying to upsell me additional services, like, off the bat, like, not even having crossed the threshold. And then he was just talking about upselling me. Finally I asked him to just do what's in the deal because it's $99 for something. So he replaced a minor part in one of the toilets and that's it.

Nikolai called ahead and arrived early for the appointment.  Was very knowledgeable and explained all repairs he would need to do.  Provided additional information on some things that we may need to look into in the future and why they may be necessary.  I did not know where the outside water shut off was for the house and Nikolai found it and had to create a tool on the spot to turn the water off.  A highly enjoyable process and would use Cardinal again.

I had bought an Angie's list deal which covered some service but no parts. The plumber correctly encouraged me to get that refunded and buy  a complete disposal deal which was a better fit. He was punctual, quick and very professional.

Tony determined what was wrong with water heater, tracked down warranty for it through some quick detective work, talked to company and got part covered under the warranty. He also gave us some practical advise on other issues we were wondering about.  
Tony is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  For example, he called when he was 15 min away to let us know he'd be there soon. 

We had a very unusual situation occur. When the plumber came to fix one problem, he inadvertently caused another. It was a very unusual situation to occur, and though it took a bit of back and forth, the president of the company ended up contacting me directly and waving the cost of clearing the sewer line.
I was impressed with their professionalism -- they could have taken a hard line but they didn't. Seeing how they act in such an usual situation makes me heartily recommend them to others.

We had an appointment for 8AM and Daniel showed up bang on time.  I was having issues with the kitchen faucet leaking from time to time and also the aerator had recently broken off.  Daniel took apart the faucet and figured out that our hard water had clogged the cartridge which was contributing to the leak.  Since it was an old cartridge that is no longer easily replaceable he cleaned it up as best he could and took pictures of the model number so that I could try and find a replacement.  He also showed me how I could replace the cartridge myself once I found one so I would not have to make another appointment (it really is an easy fix and will save me at least $150!).  While he was there Daniel replaced the broken aerator and also replaced the two valves under the sink because when he tried to shut off the water this was not happening completely - the hard water had also clogged the valves.  All in all, I found Daniel to be very pleasant and very professional.  He talked to me about the problems step by step and he took the time to teach me how to fix things myself.  As a woman, this was a very unusual experience with a plumber!  I definitely plan on using Cardinal Plumbing again and have already recommended them to others.

This is the third time we have used Cardinal Plumbing and we are still happy.  We own a small rental condo and apparently there was a leak coming from our bathroom to the unit below.  The plumber assessed the leak was coming from the toilet.  He installed the wax rings properly underneath the toilet.  It had been improperly installed a few years ago.  The plumber was professional and knowledgable and we will be happy to use Cardinal Plumbing again in the future.

Provider arrived at the scheduled time and was extremely personable and professional in the installation of the disposal.  He was clean and took the old disposal with him once the installation was complete.

Daniel from Cardinal Plumbing came out to look at my hot water pressure issue.. he wasn't able to help much in the end (the water heater needs replacement), but he was able to adjust a few things to buy me some extra time
The quote they gave me to replace my gas water heater however was sort of pricey, so i'll continue to shop around

The overall experience was excellent.  I was impressed with Cardinal Plumbing on several levels.  I purchased the $59 service call coupon from Angie's List and the repairman came out within 2-3 days to meet my schedule's needs.  I had already fixed my leaking toilet, but the repair was inelegant to say the least.  The repairman was able to repair the toilet properly, and it is working great now.  He was able to determine that there was a faulty part in my guest shower that led to me losing hot water.  A previous plumbing company came to that same conclusion, but said I needed a major repair to fix it to include taking off the tile in the shower.  Cardinal plumbing said they could replace the part without having to open a hole in the wall to get to the part.  He also said that the part has a lifetime warranty so he ordered the part for me for free.  The part arrived free of charge a few days later.  I called Cardinal back to schedule installation of the part.  He arrived the next day and installed the part with no problems.  Cardinal Plumbing saved me lots of money in terms of preventing a major repair like the other company said, plus they knew enough about the part to replace it for free.  They were very courteous, professional and prompt.  I would definitely use them again.
