This was a terrific experience. Jarrod came to my house to give me an estimate. He was prompt and professional and saved me from myself on a couple of my ideas. The price was very competitive. I did my due diligence, and when I was ready they sent me a contract to sign and I paid my deposit and was quickly scheduled. The installation crew, was prompt, courteous and very easy to work with. I hadn't completely cleared the fence line and they told me they could take care of trimming back some branches. They checked with me for any decisions (gate swing, hinge location ...) and worked quickly. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the job site, made sure I was happy and were on their way, even taking the branches they had trimmed back. I was a happy customer!

They were responsive to my questions, provided a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I received, and were easy to work with. Builder's Fence Company provided great service, expert installation, and best price. They were on time and met all appointments, were very professional, had the best warranty, and most complete job scope, bid, and technical data on materials and installation. Their team installed 680 linear feet of fence in less than seven hours. The installation team was hard-working, professional and ensured the job site was safe during the install and did an excellent cleaned up upon job completion. The installers hauled the damaged parts of the old fence and the remaining fence materials were recycled. I strongly recommend them and would use them again.

Chuck Miller and the team at Builders Fence Company did an excellent professional job from the initial estimate of the fence to the final execution of the fence installation. My wife and I chose a 6 foot pine privacy fence and Builders price was very reasonable. The turnaround from the time the agreement was signed to the fence being installed was less than 3 weeks. The quality of the fence material and craftsmanship of the installation is excellent. The fence was installed in one day and the old fence was hulled away. Our salesperson, Jarrod, was particularly impressive. He was very patient with us and offered some great solutions. He truly cared about our project and making sure it was a success. He did a great job of helping us balance short term spending with long term value. The crew did a great job with the actual project. Not only were they efficient with their time but they went the extra step and did the small things right that many contractors overlook. For example, they refilled the holes from the posts of our old fence. They did a thorough job of cleaning up when they were finished. This was the first contractor I have had in this area that I did not find random nails or trash laying on the ground after the project was done. I would highly recommend Builders Fence for any fence project.

This experience exceeded my expectations and I love my new fence. Jarrod, my salesperson, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He took the time to teach me about the entire process, explaining the importance of a utilities survey and also gave me a quick tutorial on how to discern quality materials...and that was BEFORE I selected his company. I have to admit, I was skeptical when I got my quote, especially when I compared it with the estimates I got from two other companies. However, Jarrod delivered on his promise; I was able to get a beautiful cedar fence for the price I would have paid for a pressure washed one elsewhere. I saved hundreds of dollars going with Builder's fence. On installation day, the crew was prompt, courteous, and very skilled. The sales person responded the same day to emails and walked me thru the options, costs, construction, etc. He came out to my house, on time for an appointment, and helped me with final decisions on where to put the fence. The crew showed up EARLY on the installation day and did an amazing job. It was like watching a conveyer belt - no wasting time or material. It was impressive. I have a great fence!

Scott was very responsive and attending when there was issue, resolved on spot during installation. He drove all the way from the opposite of town to deliver the needed material. Couldn't ask for more prompt resolution. Recommended to my neighbor without reserve.

Despite discussions, the crew destroyed some of our plants. However, the final price was adjusted to allow replacement of the plants. Jarrod was very helpful and suggested a new design we are very pleased with.

Great with everything. One yard we used deer fencing on sides and back and decorative wrought iron fencing on the front. On one yard we used the classic white picket fencing made of vinyl.

Fabulous! I had Builders Fence put in the fence probably 7 years ago and over the years the gate had become misaligned. Dave Swisher was awesome to work with and even though it had been a very long time since they put the fence in, he sent someone out to fix it! I would highly recommend them!!! Great customer service and awesome professional work!

The entire experience was great. Dave promptly scheduled a site visit to review my needs, and I had a quote within a day. The quote was thorough and the best priced of all the quotes I obtained. Shelly scheduled my install quickly, and the crew arrived on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. The crew was professional, pleasant and friendly. Even though it was only a small job, the entire process was smooth and efficient, and Builder's Fence followed up on the project well. Both jobs went well. Every phone call was returned promptly, they showed up when they said they would, price was good, very professional. And, very important to me, is they listened.

Excellent. The staff was extremely responsive and the fence looks great. Best thing is the attention to detail. Workers took great care and cleaned work area thoroughly before departure.

The whole process went well overall from proposal to installation and they were one of the better priced options. The install was done very quickly and professionally - very happy with the results. There was one minor disconnect about a smaller piece of project to put a fence around the A/C so they had to come back to do it. However, what I appreciated is that they were very responsive and prompt in addressing. A testament to their professionalism and desire to ensure the customer is satisfied. They also did a good job throughout in communicating the timeframe for the job and then meeting it. I would highly recommend use them again for any other projects.

The 3 man crew showed up at 8:30am and went to work. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old materials and we have a wonderful new fence. Have to wait about 2 months till we can stain it but it looks and smells good. Thank you for a job well done.
