Excellent job!!

This was a very pleasant experience. Everyone I encountered was professional, helpful and easy to deal with. We have an attractive, sturdy fence superbly installed as promised. I could not have asked for any more and the price was reasonable. Shout out to Geo, the installation lead, and to Jeff, the sales rep.

JK and team did a fantastic job replacing our perimeter fence. The crew was very professional and efficient, and the workmanship is top notch!

My neighbor was having a fence installed so I opted to replace the portion that would be shared. Builders recommended, rightfully, that I replace my entire fence as well, but that wasn't in the project plans for this year. From quote to completion the process was pain free. The quote came in reasonable for replacing a, roughly, 20ft section of fence. I will contact them first when it is in the project list to replace the rest of the fence.

The fence is beautiful. The crew is hardworking polite and professional. Took all the old fencing away. It was over 400 ft of fence to replace.

BuildersFence did an amazing job with my project. From the time they came out to assess the work that needed to be done, to when they completed the project, the project manager were in constant communications with us either via email or text messages. They were able to quickly accommodate design changes even after the crew started the work, and were very responsive. There crew that came out to do the job were very professional and efficient. Builders Fence talks a good talk, but it turns out they are one of those cowboy companies that fleece unsuspecting customers for catastrophically poor work, and then tell you to pay a huge sum again to fix it. At first the installation looked fine. But the a gate post was incorrectly sited, just using the prior hole, and the fence was inadequately secured to the post with angled nails. As the badly sited post shifted, the nails then tore through the fence plank, and the gate is no longer functioning. Other sections of the fence, away from the gate, are actually not secured in place at all, and unsecured fence planks have moved away to one side. This is Builders Fence's poor workmanship. In truth, they do not guarantee their work. We asked for remedial work for our issues, and we were told any problems were our responsibility and we would have to pay through the nose again. One person allegedly did come out to look, but he left without trying to speak to us. Avoid Builders Fence.

This is the third fence Builders Fence [information redacted] build for us! Jarrod and team were exceptional. The quality of their work is top notch, their prices are fair, and their work is done in a timely manner. They are always professional and responsive. Even after your project is completed, they are there for you should you need anything to be addressed. I will never work with another company!

We are more than satisfied with our new fence from Builders Fence Co.! We had at least three other fence companies warn against vinyl fence for our sloped backyard due to inevitable large gaps. Jarrod was very confident that his team could get the job done. And he was right! We got on the schedule very quickly and the work was completed in a day. Tear down of the old fence and construction of the new fence was nearly completed in one day, and they came back early the second day to finish up and clean up.
