They did a very good job from start to finish. It was very quick, the fence looks great and seems sturdy.

Prompt response to request for estimate; showed up in a timely manner; measurements a bit off compared to other estimates; price in line with others. Biggest turn-off: VERY pushy sales approach. Hard press for contract at time of estimate even though I shared that I was going to get other estimates, repeated phone calls, and pushy questions about what other companies were providing, etc. Very old-school sales approach dramatically hurt their place in the running for the job- something seemed off. I went with another company that was extrodinary with great service!

I requested a bid (Estimate) on June 22, 2010 and as of June 29, 2010 I have not received a response from this company. I have decided to cross them off of my list of companies as a week with absolutely no response is unacceptable. If they are unresponsive to a simple estimate, I am not interested in receiving a proposal and/or having to attempt to contact/correspond with them after potential proposal has been accepted. A companies first impression really matters - promptness is important.

I had an appointment set up for a fence estimate with this company. I actually called them first since they're local. I rushed home from work to meet with the representative only to have him not show up. I got the answering machine when I called to see what was going on and left a message. Nobody ever got back with me. There are plenty of fence installers out there that I don't want to even try again. Very unprofessional.

Dave was extremely helpful and through the estimation process we exchanged faxes and made several modifications to the original plan. While waiting for the HOA approval Dave returned to mark the revised fencing location. Within a week after receiving the HOA approval the work was scheduled and except for a one day rain delay the work crew arrived and completed the project as promised. The fencing had a black mesh wire tacked to it to provide a secure back yard for our pet to explore. The gates and all posts are solid and the fencing looks great.

Jay, the salesperson, is a very nice, prompt, and professional guy. His prices are extremely reasonable and once you choose the fence type to order, the process goes very quickly. The installers were done with the whole project in under three hours despite our big yard and the fence looks great. We have had a little trouble with the gate, but Jay has come back out to work on it.
